Why did you pick this product vs others?: Club crackers, if you know them, they're not overly salty and have a bit of a buttery flavor. We crush them and use them as bread crumbs for chicken and fish. Melt butter in a bowl and season as you like...salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, etc. Dip chicken/fish in butter and then dip in crushed Club crackers bread crumbs and use hands to fully coat meat. Bake according to directions.
