Loud constant adverts
My biggest mistake was buying a TV with the Vidaa operating system. You turn it on and it plays constant adverts at full volume on it's home screen. You have to keep it on mute when you want to switch between services like Netflix or Channel 4.You cannot mute the constant adverts and you cannot remove them. You can't even pay to remove them. You also cannot disable live TV. You can uninstall the app for live TV but it doesn't actually get rid of live TV.It randomly plays random live TV channels in the background if you are in the settings menu or scrolling through the apps. The screen is lovely, the contrast and the colours are brilliant. The sound is exceptional for a TV.All of that is wasted because this TV will drive you mad with constant adverts that you cannot turn off.

Great screen, bad sockets!
The screen is great, I'm gaming at 120fps 4k on a screen almost the size of my wall! However I have had issues, first after wall mounting I tried to turn the TV on and it wouldn't turn on I nearly had a heart attack thinking it was broke, turns out they simply send it with a ridiculous kettle plug that doesn't fit snugly into the TV, after using an old kettle plug that I've had in a cupboard for decades that issue was resolved, then I was also having the screen randomly go black for a second once every few mins of so, turns out HDMI socket 4 is simply faulty, switching to socket 3 solved my issue, all in all, great screen, awful quality testing!
