If you have dry skin on your face yes but otherwise I will not recommend you use it on your face

What is the expiration date on 14 oz bottles sold by American Direct Wholesale?

I just checked the bottle I received in December 2017 and don't see an expiration date. Regardless, it's worked effectively on my dry scaly feet.

What is the different between 2 lotions Rx only and over counter?

I found no difference in the product itself. However, the Rx bottles are a bit larger. Amazon's bottles are 8oz.
