Great kitchen cart for the price
I really like this kitchen island cart. It has plenty of storage and gives me some much-needed extra counter space. The wood finish looks nice and it feels pretty sturdy once everything is put together. The drawers and cabinets are great for keeping things organized, and the wheels make it easy to move when needed. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were easy enough to follow. Overall, Iโm very happy with it and itโs been a great addition to my kitchen!

Great product, better than my expectations
I just finished putting this cart/island together (I bought the 35โ model: SR221264), and I have to say, Iโm really pleased. Iโd usually have my husband put together something like this, but I decided I wanted to do this one on my own. For reference, Iโd say Iโm at a beginner-intermediate level for this type of furniture you put together yourself. This is definitely the most complex thing Iโve ever โbuilt.โ It took me roughly 3.5 hours working solo. If I hadnโt made two mistakes, this would have taken 3 hours. I made sure to take my time and looked at the instructions carefully. Although there are mostly pictures, if youโre careful to look at the details in the images, words arenโt really necessary. A few notes: In step 6, make sure part 5 is actually the right way. I initially placed it wrong and had to go back a couple of steps to fix it. I used a power drill for nearly all steps. I have a nice set of bits, which covered me for an allen, a phillipโs, and an extension phillipโs screwdriver. If you donโt have this power tool, Iโd recommend borrowing or buying one, otherwise itโs going to take a LOT longer. I used a regular phillipโs screwdriver to adjust the doors. An extension phillipโs bit is necessary to reach a few of the screws. In step 12, the part is #2/the leaf. They forgot to label it. My other mistake was putting on the drawer guides the wrong way. I didnโt look carefully enough at the details. Easy fix! Lastly, I really think this build isnโt bad if youโre not rushed. It seemed clear most of the time, and I found it enjoyable. There were a few things that were hard to get to or were finicky, but I sorted it out just fine working on my own. This is mostly MDF, which I knew before buying. Itโs sturdier than I thought it would be, the castors roll nicely, the leaf is really sturdy, the drawers and doors are adjusted and open/close quite well! I donโt like the backing. Itโs pretty thin and I could see someone kicking and breaking it if theyโre sitting in a barstool with the leaf up. I plan to replace it at some point, but itโs got a clean look and ok for now. Just a bit of caution is necessary. The box is pretty heavy. Someone mentioned that having a handle added on or cut out of the packaging would be beneficial, and I agree, though Iโm not sure itโs feasible. I sort of just carried and wrangled the thing through stairs, etc., and I got it to where I wanted to build it. Overall, Iโd definitely recommend! Iโm going to try to keep it nice by following weight capacities and keep the backing from getting messed up, but other than that, itโs very sturdy, clean, and Iโm grateful to have it. Itโs very spacious. Excellent storage option! Iโm going to go and load it up now.

Nice unit, very tall, counter surface issues
This kitchen island did turn out great. The instructions were clear and my grandson assembled it in about 3 hours. The extension is sturdy, drawers went together nicely. Seems reasonably sturdy, but not like a solid wood cabinet. Giving it only 4 stars at this time for a few reasons though. 1) I may have misread the measurements for the unit, but it is very tall when the casters are installed. It's roughly 3-4 inches higher than my countertops which was a major disappointment. Again, I may have read it wrong. (ps I'm short!) 2) In addition, when fully loaded with my baking appliances and gadgets, it felt unsafe to roll about (fear of tipping over even with most weight at the bottom). Could be the wheels were not rolling smoothly. We have since removed the 3 1/2 inch casters, temporarily sat the unit on moving sliders and we will most likely install self-stick sliders all along the base or look for lower profile casters in the near future. Without the casters, it's at a perfect height and even with my counters. 3) I have contacted the seller to ask is there is a replacement countertop they can send. It appears there were manufacturing issues with the main countertop. A crack in the middle, and very rippled sections on the surface in several places. There was one small dent on the edge that I'm guessing happened in shipping and a few dark spots. those are minor so not going to worry about them. I am waiting to hear from the seller about the main countertop and will update my review after that is resolved. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this kitchen island and the price was great. Just be aware of the height, make sure the casters roll smoothly when the unit is full and examine for countertop surface issues. Update. The seller was quick to respond and requested photos which I sent. They offered to have me ship the unit back (very heavy and hard to re-box) and they would send a replacement or refund a fair portion of the purchase price. I accepted the refund. I do like the unit and have ordered a protective cover for the countertop and plan on getting some wood filler to fix (hopefully) the main countertop.

Solid, Vevor Backs it, Lovely and Spacious!
It was a lot. It was! Prepare for a serious build event. Donโt listen to over-achievers. This wonโt be easy, or quick, not alone. And thatโs okay. It took me two days. But it was soooooo worth it! I LOVE my new easily movable kitchen island/gorgeous affordable storage unit. It came together so well. There is a slight gap in one spot, but itโs a good spot to have a gap. All the drawers sit and work perfectly. Do make sure the height is what you need (with the casters), because I didnโt. Itโs actually a little too high, based on my space. I donโt care, I canโt live without it now, so I have accepted my inability to visualize measurements correctly, lol. The weight is highly satisfying in terms of quality, it may even negatively impact your shipping experience. My box came totally busted and re-taped. Possibly because of that, Vevor shorted me one part (and a hole). I chose to deal with the missing hole myself, and I contacted them about the part. They not only showed up for that, they blew me away with an extreme level of customer service that I am still stunned over. They immediately responded and sent me the missing part in maybe two days. Like immediately. You have to communicate with them directly but believe me, itโs worth it. They back their products. Quickly. You just have to let them know! I didnโt even need to know that, in order to recommend them, but trust, it helps. This is a Quality, capital โQโ product and Company. I canโt recommend this enough!!! I made it. And I pet it every single day now. Each new thing I get to properly put away in this sturdy little oasis of organization is just another moment of bliss that I get to experience. You want this one. Itโs the one.

Looks great.
It is great. Back could be little stronger and mercy the assembly was long and frustrating but all in all it really looks good. Was very much worth the trouble. Needed something while remodel kitchen. Perfect, very spacious.

Sturdy and classy
I'm in love with this cart! It's nice and sturdy, and attractive. I love the faux wood grain texture beneath the white. I'm using it in the laundry room - I can pull it away from the wall and raise the leaf to have a folding table. All the products and clutter that used to be piled on top of the washer and dryer are now inside the cart. Assembly is not for the faint of heart! It took me about 4-5 hours (didn't pay close attention to start and stop times) with one meal break. It helped that I've assembled simpler things in the past, so I knew how to avoid some of the ways it could have gone south. Even so, I ended up with the support bar in the drawer upside down. But that doesn't seem to affect its sturdiness. There are a LOT of little packets of screws and other little connector things. I found it helped to keep them all in a tray with sides so nothing got lost (keep cats, puppies, and grabby small children out of the room, LOL). The instructions are very systematic and orderly, and almost entirely visual, which worked for me. I wish some of the diagrams were a bit more magnified, but I was able to figure everything out, and I'm thrilled with the final result.

Poor quality leaf and flimsy
At first, I loved it. It went really well with the rest of the house and provided more counter space and storage. After having it for about 2 months, the leaf started getting loose, nothing heavy was ever put on the counter. We just used it as extra space for meal prepping and put the containers on it. One day I was putting the containers on the counter and the leaf literally just fell off.. I knew it wasnโt that sturdy to begin with so I was always really cautious when using the leaf. The whole thing was really easy to put together, but when I was putting it together, it was already made out of relatively cheap wood. Just thin and flimsy. I plan on buying a different island, but I will not be buying the same one again

Overall Good Buy but Customer Service is Awful. New Delivery Made it Right!
My 2nd/Updated Review: The new island was delivered last & I exchanged the damaged and not working pieces for new ones. The new drop leaf is much better! Not perfect but only slightly off in the center...not bad at all. The door with the visible glue was now replaced with a much cleaner glue free door. Unfortunately, the wheels (the lock ones) do not lock. I had to switch those out as well. The lock wheels work when they are in your hand, but once on the island (where they belong & should work), they do not lock in place. 2 o us tried and still couldn't get them to lock. Nonetheless, I am happy with this purchase and I WOULD recommend this product. On a scale of 5 I would give them 4.5 not just a 4 but not a full 5 either. My Initial Review is below: First, it takes a lot more than 3 hours to put together and you'll need 2 people at least. The instructions are pictorial only so that made it harder to put together. I used a soft blanket to build on to protect the pieces. However, I still found scuff marks/other markings on different pieces. They arrived this way straight from the manufacturer. So, sloppy craftsmanship. Once all together, you can see in the video and pictures that the door with the design has visible glue...which is poor craftsmanship and makes the new island look old. I have used it yet and it's less than a week old. For $200 I expected and should have received better craft quality. I will be reaching out to Amazon about a new left side door and a new drop leaf. The drop leaf was the main necessary feature for me so it's important that it works properly. Overall, I would recommend this product and I believe that Amazon or Vevor will make things right. To address customer service, I tried to call the company, united # Amazon has posted and it's out of service. The only communication is via email or chat. That's not helpful at all when you need a conversation. I will update my review with higher stars if my issues are resolved. Specifically speaking about the left door and the drop leaf replacement.

Overpriced Island Cart- save your money!
Cart is made of poor quality materials and some of the component measurements are wrong. Really disappointing as itโs a nice design, but had to return it as the cart looks substandard

Good value and quality
First thing is I asked Rufus if this was self assembly; it says no, comes complete, plus the delivery instructions say to make sure there is a clear way for the item to be placed where you need it to be. NOT TRUE. It is self assembly and arrives in a large ish heavy box as you might expect. I'll update when I've assembled it but so far everything including the fixings are very good quality. Update: it is fairly easy to assemble. Some of the screws don't tighten properly but tight enough, just be careful not to over do it. The unit is extremely useful and a decent size without being huge. It looks good and am very pleased with it. Just what i required, good value.
