The writing is small but I don't think larger would look right. My daughter loves this bracelet and even removed the black band and replaced with one of her own she can color coordinate different bands as she wants very easily. Just get a rubber bracelet about 3/4 wide, cut one side and attach in the bracelet, trim the other side to the correct length and attach to the clip, takes 30 seconds

My daughter loves this but i was less than impressed. I expected the band to be attached to the metal but is just wrapped around the rubber band. there is no way to adjust this and on my 18 years​ old it was way too large.

My daughter loved it. It was a birthday present. You can adjust the strap. However it would have to be cut off.
