poor quality of blade
very poor quality of blades. Blades were break with in maximum 4 months. Very poor quality.

Good VFM but not that close
I have had a Braun shaver for around 4 years and have replaced the foil with an OEM part annually, This product was half the price of the official Braun replacement, so cost of living crisis and all... On initial inspection. I could see no obvious differences. The shaves felt a little rough during the first couple of weeks of use, but thereafter no discernible difference with feel or finish. For me this shaver has never produced as close as a wet shave does and I found wet shaving once a week was necessary, the same is true with the new foil. After 3 months use I have to conclude it represents value for money, though does not give the closest shave, especially on the finer growth, but is no better nor worse than the OEM foil. I would probably buy again. Update - as you can see from the photo the foil has become detached, rendering the head useless. This happened while shaving and not as a result of dropping or mishandling. While my initial impression was that the part represented reasonable VFM, bearing in mind it is a consumable item, it serves as a reminder of the old adage - you get what you pay for. While one can draw no conclusions from a sample size of one, I have ordered an OEM replacement.

Does the job...just
It does the job...just. Rough on the face and you need to go over the area several times for a proper shave. It's a slightly different design too so the blade cover doesn't fit as nicely. You get what you pay for here. I won't be buying again.

Nice clean shave.
Gives a great shave. In my opinion its a good price. Bought this last year to be a replacement for the one that came with the shaver. That one went about 3 weeks ago. Its works great so ive Bought another for when this one wears out.

Not perfect
It is functional but does pluck at some whiskers, making a shave a tiny bit uncomfortable. Not bad enough to return but I'll probably buy a Braun original part next time (even though twice+ the price).
