Have tried several probiotics
I've tried several different probiotics from Amazon to subscription strains (365 Whole Foods Brand 2018-2020, Physician's Choice (2020-2023), Seed (2023-2024), Vitalitown (2024- now)). Supplements are difficult because you often have to take them for longer than 1 purchase (~30 days) to see if they work. I was subscribed to Physician's Choice brand for a several years, but decided to try a different brand to switch up the strain. Seed was too expensive so I ended up trying this one because it was on sale. Haven't noticed a significant difference in bloating/ bowel movements since Seed. The price is cheaper than Seed and about the same to physician's choice. So I'd say that for me it comparable to the Physician Choice brand. 4/5 stars because I am not sure how I feel about products specifically marketed towards women.

Great quality and value
I looked for what seemed like forever for a probiotic that had many different strains including strains from bifidobacteria, lactobacillus, soil based and yeast based in one supplement that was made in the US at a GMP facility and third party tested that was also within my price range. I thought this supplement was too good to be true when I found it-- Id been really close to giving up since the only products I could find that fit the above criteria were very expensive. After researching the company and reading tons of reviews I decided to give it a try and I'm very happy that I did. I think it is a great product.
