Unfortunately, I chose the large size shorts without realising that there are for someone with a 34" waist and not a 36" waist, so they are a snug fit. They are fairly comfortable however, apart from being somewhat tight around my waist, and they are also extremely light.I chose the orange coloured pair, they look great and the pattern of dots for ventilation adds some style to the shorts.I like the fact that there is a zipped pocket at the back and there are also 2 pockets around the front. The front pockets will take my Samsung S22 Ultra phone, which is in a wallet case, but it does destroy the appearance of the shorts if you do this.When my wife so me wearing these shorts, she thought they were swimming shorts. They probably would be good for walking on the beach and doing some swimming as well since they claim to be quick drying. The inner lining means that you don't need underwear, which is great when the weather is hot.

I've used these for a hike today and have no complaints. The phone pocket holds a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in a gel case. The zipped pocket is perfect for house keys and money if required. Outer two thigh pockets have each held a 500ml soft flask filled with water and no issues walking with a full load. Basically they perform very well.The inner liner does feel a bit flimsy, with no compression whatsoever, but it just hugs the thighs without flapping about, so that's good enough. Maybe I could have gone down a size from the recommended XL, but the overall fit is OK.All in all, quite a decent pair of shorts. Comfortable and functional.

I got these for my son. He’s 6ft tall and of medium build - 32-34” waist and these fit him perfectly. They have snug fitting cycling type shorts underneath so no boxers required, which is great for the gym or for running. Nice material and at the current price are good value for money.

nice running / gym short with compression liner.fitted great and looks very nice as well. being very light and breathable makes is comfy as well. it also has small holes that makes air flow very easy and keeps body temperature low.material is 95% polyester teh rest some kind of nylon so very good for repelling the sweat.has side and back pockets as well.dark grey color looks very good and sizing looks correct.overall, i liked and would suggest with this price.

These sport shorts look smart and are comfortable to wear. The material has a decent thickness and the design is practical, with side pockets and a zipped back pocket. The elasticated waist band can be tightened if required. I like the black compression liner fitted inside the shorts as it keeps everything in place and protects your modesty when the shorts get soaked. These are super training shorts.

A nice pair of shorts, I chose an orange pair as the other colours all looked quite boring. The orange is a nice bright colour and the outer shorts have a pattern of holes, presumably for ventilation, that are visible where the black liner shows through them.The compression lining is comfortable but I found the outer material was a little scratchy where it forms the waistband. On these, the lining is shorter than the outer shorts which I prefer as it means the lining is not visible.I like having pockets in my shorts and these don't disappoint with two side pockets, a zipped rear pocket and a phone pocket in the lining. My iPhone (Not a Max or Plus model) fitted fine in the phone pocket.I usually wear large-size clothes so I ordered these in large although I was on the border between size L and XL. They fit but, unlike my other large running shorts, they are a bit tighter so, if you are between two sizes, I would recommend going up a size.Price when reviewed: £14.24
