Helps me relax and sleep better
I’ve had a great experience with this magnesium glycinate. One of the main reasons I bought it was to help me wind down at night, and it definitely delivers. Helpful for sleep and leg cramps
I have purchased this supplement for both of my pregnancies to help with restless legs and insomnia and it really works!I had relief from pregnancy related leg cramping at night within days of starting this supplement. And they never returned as long as I was taking it.I also had difficulty falling asleep and I see a difference in that as well with continued use. I am able to calm down fast at night and have more restful sleep.I love that this is a brand that I trust to create a product that my body can easily absorb unlike some other more affordable brands.
