Easy To Use!
Like the headline says super easy to use and also does the job! Great descaling - The only negative was that the instructions had no English option but that was nothing a quick google couldn't fix

Expensive
I purchased the Dolce Gusto Durgol Water Descaler to keep my Dolce Gusto machine clean and prevent limescale buildup. The descaling process was easy to follow and the machine seemed to work well after the descaling cycle was complete. However, I was not impressed with the overall performance of the descaler especially with the price paid.

Overpriced but does the job
a bit overpriced, but at least it gets the light back to green on the coffee machine.Mine didn’t have the Dolce Gusto logo on it, but it done the same job.
