GREAT customer service!!!
For the price, this is a good bike. Iโd rate the product itself about 3.5โ4 stars. I ordered two (one for me and one for my husband). Gears shift smoothly enough, brakes work well, and the included handlebar sticker helps with alignment, which is a nice touch. On both bikes, the inner tubes in the back tires popped right away (regular roads, no debris). It was a cheap/easy fix, so we didnโt contact the company. The tires are not perfectly straight and do wobble. On my second ride, I noticed my right foot bending outward as I pedaled, causing knee pain. The pedal threads and crank arm were stripped, so the pedal was coming loose. This time I contacted customer service. Responses werenโt instant but were consistent, thoughtful, and helpful. At first, they offered a partial refund if I replaced the pedal myself. Once I explained the crank arm was stripped (requiring a special tool and knowledge), they immediately replaced the entire bike at no cost to me, no return shipping, no hassle. The replacement bike arrived quickly and works perfectly. After several hours of riding, Iโve had no issues (even the inner tube is holding up). Overall, while the bikes themselves are decent budget friendly bikes, the customer service was outstanding and absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Problem right out of the box
Bike came with road tires not mountain bike tires, I also bought a 26 inch and it came with mountain tires, also the sprocket and Chain makes a scraping noise when riding, I assume the adjustments are off, we will see if seller will do anything about these problems, other than that I do like the bikes

Unreliable and dangerous
Very poor quality and cheap. It falls apart frequently. My handlebars are consistently out of alignment even when I assure they are adequately tighten multiple times. It is dangerous to ride. Not to mention the brakes are bad and the gear system does not work. It is wildly uncomfortable to ride. I have only had the bike for 3 months and I am already looking to replace it. This thing is incredibly unreliable. You would be better off going to anywhere else.

High quality imo
Great experience with assembly (comes with basic tools), shock and durability. Love it!!! *A cup holder would be a great addition

Quality issues + absolute failure as self-assemble due to upside-down pre-assembly
Failure as a self-assembly bike. Quality seems poor overall. -Assmebly: Due to manufacturers error, the bike was impossible to assemble without getting semi-professional assistance. Almost two months after purchase, many hours of assembly and requiring an expert to help, I may be able to ride the bike later today. I agree with another reviewer who said " For some reason the derailleur were both upside down. They didn't provide a wrench to take them off but luckily I had a wrench that worked. It's was a huge pain in the ass taking them off the handlebar". Additionally, the brake pads had to be re-aligned up manually so they were appropriately positioned. Even the allen wrenche they sent broke when using it tighten it by hand. Hopefully the bike has more metal strength than the allen wrench. Quality: Currently the bike is put together and we are trying to fix the shifters/ deraillers. The right one works consistently, the left one only works one try in five. Poorly calibrated as I shift one click, nothing happens, shift six clicks and it shifts one then tries for two. We don't know how to fix this. Quality: Significant front wheel wobble may be due to a bent wheel frame. My expert is not sure. The only positive I can find to say is that the frame seems to be made from sturdy metal. I have not been able to ride the bike yet, so I cannot comment on this. Unless you are a bike mechanic and can reassemble all the pre-set , DO NOT BUY THIS BICYCLE.

Frame and stem arrived damaged โ quality control is the weak point
I ordered this bike expecting a solid entry-level ride, and on paper it has the right features for the price point. Out of the box, though, the stem was damaged โ the one component you absolutely cannot compromise on, since it's what connects your handlebars to the fork. A cracked or bent stem isn't something you can shim or tighten your way around. It makes the bike unrideable as delivered. Worth noting what that suggests: either the part was defective before it ever left the line, or the frame and cockpit components aren't robust enough to survive normal handling. Either way, it's a quality-control issue, not bad luck. Because of the damage I never got to ride it, so I can't comment on the shifting, brake feel, or how the suspension handles. My rating reflects the condition it arrived in and nothing else. If you buy this model, unbox it and inspect the stem, headset, and fork crown carefully before you assemble anything or let a kid ride it. Check for hairline cracks at the clamp and make sure the bars sit square with the wheel. It's a five-minute check that's worth doing. One star for a bike that couldn't be ridden.

Good mtb.
Good mtb. The seat sucks but. Need to change for wider. Pedals suck too. Get better ones. The derailer needs to be adjusted. Other than that; not a bad mtb for under $200 bucks.

bad but useable.
For some reason the derailleur were both upside down. They didn't provide a wrench to take them off but luckily I had a wrench that worked. It's was a huge pain in the ass taking them off the handlebar to fix it but they work. They don't work great but it changes gear. The front wheel is very slightly wobbly so no matter what it touches the brake a little. The seat was horribly uncomfortable and the screws attaching it to the seat bar were on so tight I'm wondering if they used super glue. The nuts got completely stripped attempting to remove them so I have no choice but to buy a completely new seat bar. It's ridable and if you want a new bike for cheap good luck finding one cheaper, but I honestly wouldn't recommend it
