HIGH5 Energy Drink with Electrolytes, Isotonic Hydration, Berry, 1kg

I've been using the HIGH5 Energy Drink powder for my workouts and outdoor activities, and I have to say, it's been a game changer. Products great value for money but delivery of product wasn’t… one of the gels had exploded in the box when arrived.

Tastes nice and mixes easily.

This is like a miracle worker for me. I have tried so many things to help me on my long runs and all have ended in disaster ( usually with me being or feeling terribly sick with no energy and just wanting to sleep....took all the pleasure out of running when I needed an afternoon in bed feeling rough to recover and still not 100% the next day.) I have low blood pressure so need to keep electrolyte intake high or I end up dizzy and faint. But I am also one of these people who cannot eat before a run as it just upsets my stomach. So fill myself up with carbs as late the night before as possible, a mug of tea and 250 ml of this before a race and then at least 750ml of this with me made up in my sports bottle or my camelback. This has made running a pleasure and really couldn't run with out it. Can't recommend it enough- tastes fab, mixes well and keep me going- perfect!

High 5 is one of my go to brands for sports nutrition and this doesn't disappoint. Tip: as with many powders, this may not mix easily in cold water. I heat (not boil) up to 100ml of water in the kettle and gradually pour in the powder as I whisk. Then top up with cold water (and optionally ice cubes to aid cooling. Once it doesn't feel warm you can stick it in the fridge. Putting hot liquids in the fridge or freezer makes it work too hard and also wastes electricity. So, it's best to prepare powdered drinks the night before or at least as early as possible before your activity.

Not keen on the berry flavour,orange much better.

El producto es tal y como descrito y llegó en el plazo marcado. El problema es que viene con relativamente poca fecha punto fabricación en el 2024 y fecha de caducidad en Abril 2027. El vendedor debería haber advertido sobre esto.

I like the taste of this drink and it has not caused any digestive problems. I just completed a century ride with over 5,000 feet of climbing and the drink worked well.

My all time favorite electrolytes mix. The taste is incredible (berry) and helps me either recover after my runs or if I need a quick energy before running. Also works surprisingly well to decrease hangovers if I drink one before sleep haha
