Can’t get it to work as advertised! Useless
This is the worst product I've ever bought. I have been working on it for like 20 hours watching videos etc. All I’m trying to do is cut fabric with steam a seam 2 lite on the back. My fabric wouldn’t even stick to the purple mat, even with pressing it with a spatula like they advise. It was almost as if the mat was repelling the fabric! You can’t get any real help from Brother, as it is too big of a company.
