Will this fit the bauer rotary hammer drill 1641e-b?

Ya, looks like your Bauer is SDS (probably actually SDS plus.) SDS and SDS Plus are compatible, so this bit should work for you.

Will this drill through 2" of stucco? i am not sure what a sds drill is. i have a bauer 1992e-b variable speed hammer drill/driver. will this work?

Yes it will easily go through 2". I drilled many 3" holes in concrete that had been set for 60 years and was HARD. The true question is will the shank fit your drill properly. Be sure to check because the wrong configuration of shank can jam in some chucks.

Will this fit a 1/2 inch hammer drill

All my drill motors are 3/8” drive. That being said: if the jaws on your 1/2” close to where they touch without any bit in them than you should be fine (Yes is the short answer).

I need to drill a 1 inch hole through the side of my firepit blocks so I can run a propane gas line inside and up to the fire ring. Will this work?

It should work fine for that purpose, I used mine to run a 3/4" outdoor faucet line through a cinder block wall and it only took a couple minutes to get through. Go slow and clear the chips frequently and it won't get too hot or anything.

Hard to find bit size.

This worked great. Was shipped right out and delivered when I needed it. This bit size is not used very often so was great to get a quality bit. Drilled through the concrete and held up to the small amount of wire mess that we hit. I would buy these again if I needed a 7/16" masonry bit.
