NCD Medical Royal Quick Release Tourniquet

I cannot rate this product at the current time as this was not the product that was sent to me, I have emailed the company and they have not yet replied, I would like to return or replace the product but no information was sent with the product for me to do this, so although I have rated 1 star I would probably have rated nothing if it abled be to do so.

HAVING TRIED A FEW TOURNIQUETS IN MY TIME I AM RATHER FUSSY AS TO WHICH ONE I PREFER. THIS ONE WAS DESCRIBED AS QUICK RELEASE, SO I WAS INSTANTLY DRAWN TO IT AND THOUGHT THAT MAYBE IT WARRANTED THE PRICY TAG. WHEN IT ARRIVED IN GOOD TIME, I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THE QUALITY NOTMUCH BETTER THAN THE FREE REP ONES I HAVE USED IN THE PAST. IT FIXES TOGETHER OK AND IT IS LATEX FREE WHICH IS VERY GOOD BUT,QUICK RELEASE IS OVER STATED. IT HAS A SLOW RELEASE WHICH IS USEFUL TO SLACKEN THE TOURNIQUET BUT I STILL FIND THAT DELAY IN ACTUALLY TAKING IT APART IS NO FASTER THAN MY CHEAPO REP ONES, SO THE PRICE NEEDS TO BE REDUCED GREALTY OR THE CATCH ON IT MADE STURDIER AND QUICK-RELEASING.

Qualité médiocre de la fermeture.Le garrot ne tient pas serré à chaque utilisation, il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour que l'élastique reste en position bloquée.

Band ist sehr rau und nicht wirklich angenehm auf der Haut. Das Band hat hat manchmal keinen Halt im Stopper und rutscht wieder durch, wodurch die Stauung dahin ist...GUT GEWOLLT, BEFRIEDIGEND UMGESETZT

Buenas tardes, aquí un estudiante de enfermería.Cansado de las clásicas gomas que se destruyen en un par de días me compré este torniquete tras vérselo usar a una compañera de hospital. Es genial. La tira elástica es resistente y se tensa con gran facilidad. La liberación del torniquete se hace con una sola mano, ideal para quitar la tensión de la tira una vez canalizada la vena.Excelente compra, muy recomendable!!
