Can this be used in bread machines?

Yes! Formulated for enriched dough, it is still great for breads too and in bread makers.

Can this be used with a Gluten free dough mix?

Yes, but remember it is a modified yeast that works differently to regular yeast. You don't necessarily get MORE rise from an osmotolerant yeast, it just isn't killed or retarded as much by enriched ingredients like sugar, butter and eggs. So my GF cinnamon buns or sweet coconut breads will rise up to twice as much as that made with regular yeast - but a plain loaf will rise the same as with a yeast for all purposes. However, it does work with regular recipes, GF or gluten, as long as the original recipe used yeast. Utterly useless for example in Pao De Queso, because that uses oven spring in the tapioca/egg mix to rise the dough, or Soda Bread, which relies on a chemical reaction of acid and alkali ingredients

Hi. Can this be used as standard yeast

Yes, I have used it in regular baking as well as in high-sugar/enriched doughs. However, don't expect the proofing and rises to be better than regular dried yeast. The increased rise you get in enriched doughs is due to the fact that the yeast cells are less killable when mixed with sugar and fats, which retard regular dry yeast and mean that regular yeast enriched coughs lack rise. Volume for volume in a regular plain dough, osmotolerant yeast just gives the same rising power
