Great Low Carb Alternative
I was a bit skeptical at first, but these shirataki noodles completely won me over. They don't have that strong, fishy odor that other brands sometimes have. Once you rinse them well and toss them in a pan with a good sauce or veggies, they absorb all the flavors perfectly. Great texture and ideal for anyone on a keto or low-calorie diet. Will definitely buy again!

Overpriced undersized
Obviously I got this for weight control. I used to get something similar to this from the Korean stores but there are none around me since I moved to wilmington NC. Had to order online. I tried several brands and these are definitely overpriced (all) for some reason. Compared to the others like skinny pasta it is same quality. Both are overpriced but skinny noodles is a bit more expensive but 1.5 oz more :/ the concept of getting these to eat w less guilt is good though. I am not a ravenous person but I have to use 2 bags at least to fill up. So I need to shell $$$ and buy many boxes if I have to have the pasta fix. Overall it is easy to prep, not like the older version of these noodles I used to get from the Korean Market. Older version used to be stored same exact way, in liquid and that liquid used to be fishy smelling. All the kinds I bought online recently I guess are upgraded now w/o that fishy liquid. Taste: you know there is none you can't have these without mixing it with whatever sauce .. and they tell you ready to eat.. No don't just rinse it and warm it up.. You will be miserable. I rinse it quick, drain well, heat up a sauce pan w pam spray then drop it in the pan. Sauté it for some time (not too much cause it will just shrink n you can't shrink this more than it is or you will need a magnifying glass to find it.. it won't get golden colored or act like starchy food so I put soy sauce to give it that tan color and flavor) then add my sauce, best is teriyaki and soy sauce with whatever meat and vegetables. Let IT SIMMER the sauce will not get totally absorbed by the noodles but it will make the texture softer and consistency closer to pasta. Again this is to bulk up food and give you some feel of pasta but not exactly pasta.. For the difference in calories and the little sacrifice: 5 plus stars but for the microscopic portion: zero stars. If it was bigger bags for that crazy price: 4 stars. It is costly to eat well nowadays and buying food online is even more costly.

Only 2 ingredients & no foul smell like my previous brand, I've switched to this brand completely!
I had been purchasing Pasta Zero from grocery stores for years & decided to try this when it was on sale during Amazon Prime days - I'm switching over to this brand for several reasons. Pasta Zero has to be kept in the fridge, has more calories and in addition to Konjac flour & water, it contains chickpea flour, potato starch and calcium hydroxide. This product is just Konjac flour & water. I also do not notice the smell that is very noticeable in the pasta zero. The directions say to boil it in water after draining & rinsing, but I drain, rinse & then put it n a pan to dry slightly before adding the sauce. I do find the fettuccini noodles to be a little on the chewy side, reminds me a little of the texture of calamari, but it's not so bad that I don't want to eat it. It smells & tastes better so it's a win for me!

Avoid this biohazard!!
Terrible! While familiar with shirataki noodles, this was my first (and last) purchase of the Soeos product. I liked the ease of preparation, lack of smell. Tried the spaghetti, good. Angel’s Hair, fine both texture and flavor. Fettuccine, I honestly thought I had cut the plastic bag they came in and cooked some of it: plastic texture which did not digest well, hurting for hours. I blamed myself. Did not prepare well, boiled for too long. Being a 6-pack went back to the spaghetti and angel’s hair, fine again. It was the fettuccine’s turn again: same results but once again I blamed myself. Convinced that I was going to master their preparation I opened the second box I had purchased. What is this green powder? Holy shirataki, that’s mold!!! The bags looked fine, well one was kind of skimpy but there was no leak. Then I compared it to the others. Oh, something was amiss. I threw the box and the weird looking fettuccine bag away, washed the rest of the individual bags in a bleach dilution and, why, proceeded to make the other bag of fettuccine. Followed directions to a tee and those noodles would not soften even of pressured cooked. I think the food gods were sending me a warning and everything went to the garbage bin. There are other brands, Liviva saved lunch: provided bulk and texture without adding calories. It is not value at any price if it ends in the landfill.

The best Konjac noodle I’ve tried
This pasta is truly amazing. I put it in soup, spaghetti , etc…..it is just wonderful! Even my husband loves it. It sure makes eating low-carb a whole lot easier. I have used other brands and know what you’re talking about with this fishy smell. But these noodles have no order even prior to rinsing them. They truly are worth the money although I do wish they were cheaper lol. PS I wish they would come up with a macaroni noodle as well.

Low cost for low carb noodles.
Great cost for these low carb noodles. Since we are past age 65, too many carbs adds up to a bigger "waist".

Great substitute for traditional noodles!
Great substitute for traditional noodles! They don't taste like much on their own, but they definitely absorb the flavour of whatever you’re making. I usually put them in ramen or pad thai and it turns out great.

My Diabetic Pasta
I'm diabetic & not allowed to have pasta anymore. I use spaghetti squash or Konjac now. It's not the same as rice or flour pasta, but good product as a substitute.
