Good laptop but shorter battery life than Id like, i recommend buying an actual hp chatger for it.

E key was loose in less than two months
Okey this laptop was a very bad experience, not the type of laptop, the HP elite is an amazing Laptop but it's just the renewed one was a problem. I have another renewed laptop and its very good, this is why i tried to get another one but this one i got from this seller, the letter e was already loosening. Had to return. Amazon did an amazing job with the process, even though i was a bit difficult to deal with and i just want to say thank u. Amazon customer service 5 stars.

Great computer for general browsing and school work
Pretty good shape for being refurbished very minimal blemishes. Perfect for school and work task. I use a gen prior to this for my job and it is a work horse. Highly recommend.

Exceeded my expectations
The laptop condition was better than I expected for a refurbished item. The laptop works flawlessly. The laptop does not have the fingerprint scan capability as advertised. The case allows for the option but the supporting electronics are not installed. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

Super slow and laggy. Don’t recommend.
I had hoped this would work out, have a decent speed, but it is really slow to load anything and constantly lags. I was pretty disappointed.

Short lasting power
The battery literally goes down every 1minute and 20 seconds Also its not touchscreen for those wondering Other than that its a good laptop..nice design just battery issues And its most likely a company thing because i bought the exact type but different model which was touchscreen..it had the same issues too

However, the condition of this particular unit leaves a lot to be desired. The keyboard keys are very loose, especially some of the letter keys, which seem likely to fall off with continued use. The battery life is also below expectations and does not hold a charge for long. Additionally, the frame around the webcam is broken, and there is noticeable fading and wear on the laptop’s body, which affects its overall appearance. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend others to buy it for the amount being charged, it should be in much better used condition. Buyers should carefully inspect the laptop before purchasing.
