I really like this seltzer water for making homemade sodaesque drinks at home. It is just the right amount of carbonated bubbly while being pretty much flavor neutral. It is very refreshing and versatile as you can use any flavor any or flavor syrup with it that you want. The water is high quality and a good value. It has no discernable fragrance of its own so you only smell the flavor you added while it is bubbling away in your glass. I will definitely be getting this again before I run out. It is now a pantry staple in my home.

Great price great carbonation

I was pleasantly surprised by how refreshing Happy Belly Seltzer is! It has just the right amount of bubbles and no weird aftertaste. Good for staying hydrated throughout the day without reaching for sugary drinks. The price is reasonable compared to other brands, yet the quality is just as good. Why limit me to only 5 bottles? This is a silly limit. I never got drunk in my life. But decided I will try on these. After four bottles all I did is go pee. So why is Mr. Trilionaire here limiting old me to 5 bottles? I consume at least 1liter per day. This amounts to just over 31 bottles per month. At your current quota, I will need to order more than 6 times a month. I ordered food ONCE a month. Amazon gets exactly 1/6 of this order. Why?

I use this to make tempura batter. It's just so good when I make Asian style meats. I make this tempura chicken with a sesame sauce, with some ramen and Asian style ramen eggs... Taste like I ordered it out of an Asian restaurant. Using the seltzer in the batter is the best way to make it because of the bubble quality. It's become a common dish in my home now. It stays carbonated for a while as well. I also use it when I need a little fizz. I am trying to create my own words with it. Using fresh fruit and turning it into a syrup. So far I used blue berries , let them sit with some sugar ,nurse some water and mash a few and wait till the water turns dark dark blue then drink me some blueberry soda. I also use it make egg creams, which is chocolate syrup, milk and seltzer.
