So Good
I don’t like many strawberry protein powders, this is so good. I usually have to add a lot just to make it drinkable, not with this. I like the protein count with the calorie count. It mixes really well, even without a blender, very smooth when mixed. I also stay full longer. I shared some with my daughter and I still had a lot for myself.

It is SO GOOD. First ever Ryse protein powder and I’m hooked. I understand the hype. This was so so good. The strawberry flavor was spot on, and there’s little dehydrated strawberry pieces in it that are sooo good. Absolutely give it a try if you like strawberry. 25g protein. 130 calories.

Great mix, flavor is close but not exact
Mixes great, even in just a regular bottle but man it is sweet. It tastes like the cake roll with cream and the thinnest line of strawberry filling. I love the actual snack cake but this ain't 100% there yet on flavor

So far, I have been impressed. It doesnt seem as thick as other protein powders I have tried and it doesnt bother my stomach at all. I have loved the flavors I have tried and it mixes extremely well

I was really looking forward to this, I love the jet puff but I did not enjoy the taste of this. It did not taste like shortcake.
