Pleasant peppermint taste. I like that it comes in 1mg tablets.

Dissolves easily and I get sleepy in 30 min.

My sister had these when we were out of town and I forgot mine which were 5 mg each and I took 3 of them these are 1 mg and I take one or two and they work great!

Oddly shaped little cube like pills, but they worked fine and were not that expensive.

Works so well for anyone that uses this in my family. We let it dissolve under our tongue at bedtime. Occasionally, I take a second pill if I wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to fall back asleep. Love this product.

This is the lowest dosage you can get and it’s very awesome! Love it

I had no idea that these pills were not to be swallowed but placed under the tongue. This is an inconvenience for me.
