A Very Enjoyable Project
I love it that I can take out the paper pieces without having to cut them out. As in the picture, so far the pieces fit with a teeny tiny gap on some sides. I can secure it best that way as I am using Elmer's glue. The tiny gaps won’t show when I’m done . If you love to take your time, and still it’s not that difficult if you pay attention. I believe you’ll really enjoy this. I bought this to make for a friend and then bought myself one.

It’s cute but be careful with instructions
It is very cute and doesn’t require too much time to finish it. I like the fact that the paper has those perforated dots so it’s very easy to remove what you need instead of using scissors. That said, the reason I give it only four stars is that the instructions should warn us more about the placement of the hinges. I pasted the position wrong and at the end of the piece I realized that the hinges won’t fit in the precut slot. It was too late to rip everything out to re- paste or it would be ruined. I ended up cutting the opening. Or I could just paste the front on forsaking the option to just open the front panel. Not happy about that. So if you want to buy this just pre check the positions before pasting!

Beautiful tiny magical school kit
This is a laughably blatant offbrand imitation of Hogwarts. There is a “Flyball” that resembles the golden snitch. There’s a “cap” that looks like the sorting hat. There are flying books with wings. You get the idea. There are also more generic magic school-styled items, but it’s funny. You will need your own EVERYTHING in terms of tools, adhesives, and batteries. Do not give this to someone who’s not already well-stocked unless you plan to provide the glue, etc. too. I recommend wood glue, a more general super-glue-like adhesive, tweezers, scissors, and binder clips. You will need a single CR1220 battery to operate the lights. It is not supplied, and the only reference to it is on page 11 of the instructions. The kit instructions were easy to understand, even if sometimes difficult to follow due to how very TINY everything is. One of my pictures is of an American quarter next to a set of floor to ceiling shelves from the kit. The quarter looks massive in comparison. This kit is TINY and can easily be held in one hand.Note that next to nothing involves slotted wood spots. You are mostly gluing pieces of wood together for the box and its wooden furniture and hoping you get the angles and positions right to make it work.It is precious, and we are pleased. I’m still waiting on my CR1220 batteries to arrive to see how it looks with lights on, but it’s plenty lovely without them too.

Tiny paper pieces
I have quite a collection of book nooks and this one is the worst I’ve ever seen. I have small hands and have never really struggled to assemble these but with the tiny pieces being primarily just paper (not even a thick cardstock) it was not worth the trouble to move past step 2 of the assemble. Instructions were unclear and there is no adhesive products included so having a powerful room fan would have just blown the pieces everywhere.

PURPOSELY; NO Glue ~~!! Will need scissors, 1 coin battery.
Just wanted to address the “elephant in the room” first since I’ve seen sellers get a 1-star for not including glue even when its mentioned glue was not going to be included because of regulations.the instructions mention glue as “A2” but like 90% of other kits that I’ve done glue is not included in this kit also. So please don’t think it’s missing! ^~^” I have some suggestions for glue and/or double-sided tape at the bottom.—-In all, this was a very fun kit to put together and having something really small was a nice change! :)Might even be nice “comfort light” for nightstand when a Granddaughter stays over with the Grandparents/relatives!As for the kit, the instructions are very clear and all items were there. The back two pages of the instruction book includes spare paper, which is a very nice gesture and something I haven’t seen before!! The most of the paper is precut. A metal alloy bead end cap needs to be cut so light, child scissors may not work. If something doesn’t fit, just take your time and sand it…it’s better than trying to force and having a broken piece. For lighting, I found the small coin battery at my local dollar item store and the wires have to be glued to the circuit board. both shown in my picture.Glue Suggestions~~ if this is your first kit here are some glue tips!—Regular white glue is water based so use a very thin amount and let dry until “tacky” feeling so the paper doesn’t warp.—There is premade “Tacky Glue” also.—I personally use clear, e6000 gel glue with a jewelry tip (it’s gel so items can stick even to vertical walls before completely drying).—For easier and quicker application the paper pieces for the flooring and paper items can be attached with glue tape, double sided tape; strips or rolls.Hopefully something helped!!
