Does an ok job of getting rid of pet smells (dog wee in our case) from artificial grass temporarily but needed a couple of applications to really do the job in the summer. I'm not a massive fan of the cut grass scent it comes with, I'd prefer something fruity or more traditional like pine or lemon. I do like the detailed instructions of how to use it to get the best result, including scrubbing the area with the product on.

As someone with artificial grass and a dog who thinks it's his personal bathroom, this "No More Mr Nice Guy" cleaner has been a game-changer. First off, it actually works on pet odors, which is huge. No more embarrassing whiffs when friends come over. The fact that it's bleach-free is great – I was worried about discoloring my expensive fake turf, but no issues there. It seems to brighten up the grass too, making it look less sad and worn out. Bonus points for that. The 1L bottle lasts a decent amount of time, even with regular use. The smell isn't overpowering, which I appreciate. It's pretty easy to use – just spray and let it do its thing. My only gripe is that for really stubborn stains, you might need to scrub a bit. But hey, it's still easier than mowing real grass. Overall, if you've got artificial grass, especially with pets, this stuff is worth trying. It's not miracle worker, but it comes pretty close. Just remember, it won't train your dog to use the actual toilet – that's still on you!

Initially seemed to work, but smell came back once it dried after an hour or so. Not as strongly scented as I would have expected. Tried it a few times since with similar results.

Artificial grass cleaner We have a large decking area which we had to cover in artificial grass because the rough parts would cut our dog’s skin. Unfortunately she suffered with EDS, so anything remotely proud would cut her open, and this was the safest option to keep her safe. Thankfully our two Frenchies know not to wee on the fake grass, but it does suffer the odd bird poop and slug/snail juice, so I like to keep it clean. Usually I just use some fairy liquid in water, but when the opportunity came for me to try this cleaner, I was looking forward to it arriving. This artificial grass cleaner comes in a plastic bottle, and making up the solution as instructed - 200ml of solution with 800mls of water (making 1ltr), our decking area was soon looking clean and smelling fresher with the help of my rubber broom. I have some left over in the spray bottle for spot cleaning any future seagull poop. It says it’s bleach free which is brilliant, but I just wanted to make sure it was completely dry before allowing our two Frenchies on it. We used this in our garden which has around 1/3 artificial grass where the kids play, it’s easy to use mixing with water in a bucket at 1:5 ratio and scrubbing it with a brush, then rinsing or more blasting off with a pressure washer. It did bring it up clean again and it was scary how much black water came off the grass. The more I read the bottle though the more I got concerned with the chemicals in it, long lasting harmful effects to aquatic life, avoid release to the environment and dispose separately with the council hazardous waste! Does a good job but what exactly I’m putting on the garden I’m not sure!
