permenent burn marks
Quality is disappointing. I used only one time after that has permenent burn marks and discoloration in the center. Food sticks badly and cleaning is very difficult even after soaking. Expected better quality stainless steel for this price. Not recommented

Me tome mi tiempo en escribir una reseรฑa para hacer que valiera la pena. El alto nivel del acabado y los materiales es lo primero que se nota, el mango es sรบper cรณmodo y al menos para mi gusto el peso estรก perfecto, al momento de la limpieza tenรญa mis temores de usar fibra para limpiar la grasa, pero aรบn y restregando con fuerza el acabado sigue pulcro. No es algo fรกcil de usar y requiere de los mismos cuidados que otros recipientes de acero inoxidable, pero los resultados son excelentes: cortes de carne sellados a la perfecciรณn, huevos estrellados con una ligera costra y vegetales salteados en su punto. Compra 100% recomendada

Make sure the IH hob can accommodate 28cm pan surface.
Big pan for more gyoza to be fried. Not so good point will be my IH cannot cover the whole 28cm.

Make sure pan bottom fits the range burner size.
Great sautรฉ and omelet pan. Cleans up very easily. Highly recommend this fry pan!

Great for majority of home cooking.
If you know how to cook with stainless steel, then this is such a value pan. This is a versatile size for a pan and can handle just about anything. If you're not sure how to cook with stainless, like me at first, then YouTube what you can, about it. It is non-stick *when* it has that liedenfrost effect aka the pan is hot enough to be used. It is very durable, I have used it in the oven for one-pan meals. Bar keeper's friend is stainless steel's really good friend. Keep it handy!
