Really makes you sweat.
Lost weight with this. Had to train hard but it does get the sweat out of you.

If you have problems with Thyroid - unfortunately NO for this supplement.
It increases energy but unfortunately if you have problems with your Thyroid, big No No No for this supplement as lowers thyroid action levels. CAREFUL

Very good, does help but I found them hard to swallow. Very large pill, breaking it in half does help but they are a dry chalky type pill that sticks in the throat rather than a capsule like my other supplements.
