Faulty Crockpot.
The crockpot was used for the first time on night 28/29 Aug for cooking of Dal.The pot was set on “Low “. On 29 Aug morning it was found that the Dal was completely burnt, one handle of the crockpot had melted and fallen off and the other handle was twisted.The crockpot performance is pathetic. Please arrange refund of the payment made by us and collect the faulty item.

I have used slow cookers for years and appreciate the convenience of starting a meal early in the day and having the meal ready . I now live alone and a smaller cooker is perfect for my smaller meals . It works just as well as my larger ones did and I used them for years. I am sure I will enjoy many years of great meals prepared in this cooker. Warm easy meals are in my future.
