First, I am very pleased with this purchase. It is small and light, and if you are interested in ease of mobility without giving up functionality, this is ideal for home, office, travel or school. It is essentially a Microsoft Windows 10 tablet, but with the keyboard it functions very well as a standard computer or laptop. All of the Windows 10 functions are identical with any other installation. The construction is very sturdy, and the keyboard is very durable. The screen is clear and bright. Also, I am fairly surprised at the operating speed when bringing files up or "surfing" the web. Faster than some computers. I have installed word and excel programs and use them often, especially excel. Spread sheets originating from other computers easily run but have to be sized down because of the dimensions of this machine. I haven't found this to be a problem. I do recommend installing a "mini" SD card and using that for down loads and files. I had read this previously and makes sense for taking the load off the main storage.Over all, a great little computer at a great price.

I purchased 3 of these for my kids. They have some advantages and disadvantages to them, and I intend to outline all the ones I've found.Advantages:- It's a tablet with 4 GB RAM for under $200, with the keyboard.- Windows 10 with no bloatware.- It even comes with a USB dongle for the tablet, giving a total of 2 USB ports- Charges quick and lasts a long time (after the initial charge, of course)- Button to disable the touchpad - not even my laptop has that.Disadvantages:- Keyboard doesn't have Insert, Delete, or Backspace, and Esc is a function key- Hinge looks kinda shoddy, but seems to work well.- Slow at loading programs and rotating the screen.Conclusion:This kind of system for under $200, with Windows 10? This is a bargain. I was looking at some of the $450 tablets, but this one might be my tablet too.Update: One of the devices had a video card failure after one month, and that made it all but unusable (lines, ghosting, etc). The second had a battery fail after 5 months. Not worth it.

so far so good, no major problem, for a less than $200 item I think it worth every penny...update on April 15, 2019: After almost 10 months of use, the graphic is gone... the graphic disappear a couple times in the last month, everytime I shaked it the screen will come back up... but now is gone... power is up but no image

My product stop working for 4 months of usage.I am so disappointed, what should I do.

Working OK, worth the money so far.

I thoroughly researched this product, looked at reviews online, and youtube video reviews. It looks wonderful and I really like the keyboard design, however the device wouldn't turn on. There is a troubleshooting sheet in the box that says to charge for at least 2 hours and then hold down the On/Off button for 10 seconds. I did both of those things and there wasn't a single sign of life other than an extremely small button that stayed red while charging and turned green for half of a second and then nothing happened. I'm seriously disappointed. I was looking forward to using this tablet. I was considering re-ordering a new one but I have to take it as a sign from the universe that this tablet won't work.Update: I ended up re-purchasing this tablet to give it another chance. Although it turns on when it decides to update before logging in or to update before shutting off it takes a very long time. It has been nearly an hour since I turned it on and is still saying it's working on features at 100% and won't let me shut it down or log in. I don't have time for that. I need it for school and if it takes an hour or more to update I clearly won't be able to use it. I'm seriously disappointed... again.

Keyboard was doesn't work. No matter what I do it does not cooperate. It is very fustrating
