Amazing chair Very soft padding, chunky, very sturdy and good quality. It’s definitely probably one of the best options for a budget type ergonomic chair as those usually easily go over 200 pounds for them to be decent. It’s quite big though compared to a normal sized ergonomic gaming chair. Bought it as I prefer more padding to make it softer. The leather is very good quality too. The design as well is very good, feels very professional. The photos don’t do it justice honestly. Even the pillow it comes with is extremely soft, it almost feels like sitting on a cloud . The one in the pic is my own separate pillow. One thing came defect: the cover for the gas lift cylinder (I think is called), the one that connects the chair itself to the wheels. I checked the box it came in and there were pieces of the plastic in it, which points towards a problem while in transit rather than from the manufacturer. Though I don’t mind it without it and personally prefer it without the cover, I would say it might be a design flaw as the plastic of the cover itself isn’t very sturdy, it’s a more thin and very flexible one which will make it prone to breaking OR, they should package it in the area where the chair itself is rather than putting it in the same area with the metal parts of the chair . With that said, I absolutely love this chair. It’s so comfortable and looks so visually pleasing and the package contains all you need to put all the screws in so you don’t need a separate screwdriver. It’s very easy to build it though it might take you more time if you’re struggling to lift it since it does get a bit heavy along the way, but it’s all worth it :)

The build quality is excellent and the chair is unlikely to break like some of the cheaper office chairs. The chair forces an upright posture, ensuring you sit up straight when at your desk. Overall its very comfortable, although the recline is a bit too stiff for my liking. The footrest is unfortunately a waste of time. The product was a bit on the pricey side for an office chair but if it lasts as long as I expect it will then the price will have been reasonable. I'd recommend it if you can get it on sale.

This is the most beautiful purchase of my life. Everyone fights over it when they visit. It’s lasted me for a while now and had no issues. Just popped WD40 on the leg rest. Have 0 complaints. Easy to assemble and I can cross my legs which is really all you need.

There are major issues.. Firstly you can feel the bolts in the arm rests You can Secondly, you can feel... Something in the seat when you're sitting. And the styling was different as well. Generally speaking is is VERY poor quality. After just over 6 months, I have now given this away. Update... The chair has now broken, and the friend I gave it to has had to throw it out. However even before it was fully broken there was a noticable slant to the left meaning you had to sit on the right of the chair to stay level. Do not buy this product under any circumstances.

Very comfortable with a good reclining angle, so good for working and dozing. Unfortunately one year and one month after assembly it tried to cripple/kill me. The join where the strut meets the chair fractured and it toppled me backwards (which in hindsight was hilarious) onto the floor with a thump. Luckily the padding on the chair was so good it protected me from hurt. I have tried to contact the seller but to no avail. Bought a new one that is similar, let's see how long the new one lasts.

This is a very nice piece of furniture, Robust, elegant, comfortable. It came in a rather heavy package ( stated on the item description ) was unpacked and assembled within 30 minutes. But it looks and feels like quality, way better than any other office chair i had before incl. the ones from Costco . it is a bit stiff on the 1st sitting but it adapts the body after the 3rd sitting and it is comfortable, the seat is wide enough even for bigger persons like myself and all that for that "low" price you can easily lean back and put your legs onto the foot rest without the feeling to fell over, so impressed that i just ordered a 2nd one

The chair in general is very comfortable and super cool looking, however I do have some issues with it. 1 - The height - even on the lowest setting and my office desk raised to the highest setting the arm rest sections do not fit under the desk. I had to put some spacers under my desk legs to raise it making the whole set up a little uncomfortable. 2 - The recline function. The back section does not recline on its own. Both the bottom and the top section recline which is not good for a chair of this value. 3 - The wobble dial thing under the chair, does not matter how lose or how tightly it is adjusted it makes no difference what so ever. 4 - The leg rest - Very flimsy and I will be very surprised if it lasts for more then a few months before it brakes. The fittings that the foot rest rods slide into are plastic. 5 - The metal section that the chair bolts onto - Seems to be just too small for the weight and size of the chair. So if you always sit directly in the middle it feels as good as it should, but if you lean to the left or right it just feels like its going to rip out of the frame. So to conclude... it is comfortable, but for the cost of it I did expect it to be much better than it is. Sadly I would not recommend for the reasons stated above :(
