I love the chair, but the frame is bent so it steers to the right. Also the right front wheel gets stuck on the foot rest causing stalling. I have sent pictures to my son to help me handle these issues. Hoping to send back . Currently at winter home so may be difficult. Update we have sent back the w/c via Ups.awaiting refund before rebuying.We were charged$65.00 . Do not feel we should have to pay shipping for a defective profuct. Had to decrease stars dt delay in refund. Sent chair back in UPS store paying $65.00 Refund is delayed , but no reason. We sent chair back as soon as we got back from trip. Nice chair , but with frame bent and footrest getting caught on wheel I was often stuck and having to be pushed. I plan to reorder.

I liked the chair until today. It stopped working. It's only a year old. All the lights are flashing on the speed indicator. It didn’t come with a manual so I don’t know what to do. I unhooked the battery hoping it would reset but it didn’t. What good does the chair do if it doesn’t move? Sure is pretty though! lol Any help with this would be appreciated.

I liked this chair, but customer service is terrible. Within several months one of the batteries is refusing to take a charge. I reached out to the company, but have heard nothing back. Continued trying to contact the company and finally was able to find a phone number. They said the warranty was up. They sent a link to purchase a replacement battery. They were out of stock. I called again and they said they were back in stock and offered a partial rebate on the cost. (They are very expensive) Sooo, I went back to order them only to find they are still out of stock. These batteries seem to be brand specific and can't find another source for them. The chair is comfortable, but without reliable batteries they are useless. We bought this brand because of the dual batteries. One doesn't charge, the other won't hold a charge. Getting stranded in a store is stressful!

These batteries last about 2 hours each and that is not running them constantly. I would not purchase this item for vacation trips. I drove this across parking lot to doctor office twice and to Walmart once and battery was dead.

Item arrived in what appeared to be excellent condition. Impressed with quality until we tried to use it. Must have left factory with alignment problem. Would not travel in a straight line. Hard right pull. Okay if you only want to travel in circles. :). Tired a couple different ways to contact tech support (including phone number listed) but could never get a response. It's on the way back.

The front wheels rub the foot rest whe backing up or turning the seat cushion is so thin you feel everything under you and the chair feels like it's going to collapse if you hit a small crack in the sidewalk the joystick snags on clothes and be careful an turn it off before leaning forward to look at something when stopped or you will hit the joystick and lung forward. On the upside the weight of the chair is great at around 40 lbs and the compact size makes it great for travel the speed going forwards is nice. But overall very disappointing 😞

I was looking for something with a wider seat and easier to get in to but it wasn't this one. The description gave me a 22 inch width and when here and I went to get in it, I got worried that I'd gained far more weight than I thought I had. So, thru my tears, I asked my husband measure it. 19 inches. I felt better....a little but didn't think 3 inches would have been so noticeable. But I started with a walker which has a seat and it was only 17 inches wide at the seat. I had to give that one up to one with a 19 inch seat. Then I decided on an electric one and was hoping the footrest could be positioned so I could get both of my legs on their own footrest. Nope. I can't bend my left knee too much and the footrest was where it was and it was staying there. And there's too much weight between me and the adjustments for the seat so I need help. The chair didn't make me as independent as I was hoping for so back it went. And not to mention the controls seemed to be on backwards (or I an). When you pushed the lever to the right, it went left just a few steps and then right and visa versa. I'm too old to adjust myself to new things and all the problems with this chair was just way too much for me to start learning how to deal with. Yeah, I was disappointed.

I ordered this product on September 7th specifically because it was supposed to be delivered on September 11. I needed it on the evening of the 11th, and other products also promised delivery by the 11, but I chose this one from this company. Today is the 11th at 6 PM ET. No package. No notification from Aotedor. No notifications from Amazon. When I went online, I saw on the Amazon iPhone app that the package was delayed for unspecified reasons and would now be delivered 5 days after the promised date, on September 16. When I went to the Amazon website, there was different information, promising delivery on either the 11th or the 12th. Of course, I have little faith that it will appear in a timely manner. Customers make decisions based on many factors, and availability is certainly one of them. So far, this is a one-star experience only in that it is impossible to give zero stars -- a number commensurate with the number of products Aotedor has delivered as promised.
