I thought it would be a bit flimsy for the price. Nope. Nobody at work can click the handles, it probably is 300 lbs. If you can squeeze this all the way down, you're a monster!

Simple brilliant design that will last a lifetime. I have arthritis, keeping my hands strong and flexible avoids the pain. This desire has passed the test of time. All metal, it works.

I like these and have started with the easiest with the intention of gradually moving to the most difficult. What I don’t like is they aren’t the easiest to hold when you’re applying a lot of pressure as they tend to slip. That makes it part of the positive difficulty it enables. If gripping was easier it would get a 5. I’d buy another.

Quality, use them often and seem to keep there strength

It’s really good and strong, I had to return it as I could not even press and hold it pressed for more than 2 seconds. got a one with lesser strength, for mere mortals like me!

I keep this on my desk at work just to have quick access several times per day to keep up the grip strength. the 50lb squeeze is nice and not too hard on the hands.

They seem very sturdy. I like the fact that the handles are metal rather than plastic though they are slightly offset. I would like to note that unless you have extremely strong hands they may be too stiff for most people. I would suggest the 50Lb set for rehabilitation.
