Does this fit in the oak knife block?

How do I sharpen this knife

Unless you know how to use a Steel buy a sharpening device. This knife is quality and does sharpen really well be careful.

This is the Santoku with a 17cm blade length. Also available with a 17cm deeper blade and with 11cm and 14cm blade lengths. Do let us know if we can offer any further help.

What's the actual weight of this knife?

Ours is 184gs. More useful is that it is well balanced working for myself with big thick hands and my wife with slender hands. I find it has enough weight to deal with squashes but is accurate enough to deal with smaller veg like spring onions. It isn't designed for or good at cutting any meat
