Solid All-in-One Workout Kit
Let me start by saying, this is a great portable, compact gym set up. I like the relief it gives on my wrists and hands for doing various styles of push ups. The bar is a great addition to the resistance bands allowing a range of movements that are not achievable with normal resistance bands, and I've integrated should presses, curls, flys, and some squats, since the resistance only really applies for the upper part of the squat.I will say, you should do your own research on which kind of pushups will impact you. Changing a pushup grip will never target your back more, for instance. If you can ignore that part of the board, this is a great product

Push up board that makes you think about how you're working out.
Honestly, I've never been a fan of pushups. It just feels like I could be doing something better to increase upper body strength. Boy, was I wrong...as long as you use this board, you feel the workout based on how you use it.Long story short, the board has two handles that is begged into it. Based on what you're working out, back, shoulders, triceps, or chest, the placement tells you how to achieve that particular movement that'll ensure you work-out the area you want.It just doesn't stop there, you get so many accessories with it, bands, and pieces that I actually just attached to my machine -- they're simple, but they work if you don't overdo it. I find that they work great to make you aware of proper posture and technique. The board alone is great -- I do recommend you make sure the ground you're on is grippy...use a mat. It does come with little rubber feet, but when you have weight on you, the board will occasionally shift if you're too haphazard.

Good portable workout board
Overall, this is a good workout/Pilates board. While the board itself is injection molded plastic it feels thick, durable, and has good reinforcement. Included in the kit are pushup handles that fit into different slots on the board depending on which muscle groups are being targeted, rubber tubing of varying thicknesses to simulate different weight resistances. Also included are attachments for pulling weights by hands, shoulders, or ankles. Additionally, there is an included adjustable length jump rope, pull string carrying bag, and a small bag with rubber inserts for the bottom of the board to prevent slipping and protect flooring.Overall, this is a nice concept that helps guide the workout. The pushup slots are color coded and help remind on how to position the handles to work on different muscles. I think it is possible that the distance between left and right handle might not be a one-size-fits-all for all adults as we come in different sizes. I can definitely feel the different muscle groups being worked while doing reps. I find myself wanting to do traditional pushups as well without handles to help round things out as the target muscles change depending on whether using handles or closed fists. When stowing this board, the pushup handles fit nicely inside the board. The jump rope is decent and medium quality plastic for the handles as well as the rope itself. The ends of the handles can be unscrewed to adjust a clip that can modify the length between handles. The bag works well to keep everything in this kit together. The resistance bands are well made, with color coded fabric wrapping the rubber tubes fully. On each end are carabiners that attach the metal bar section of the board itself as well as a few accessories included in this kit. The three main accessories are handles, Velcro ankle wraps, and a padded metal shoulder bar that clips together from three pieces. Additionally, there is a loop accessory that appears to be a door anchor but is not well described. As for caveats I have few critiques: The included instructions on exercises are more generic Pilates and do not demonstrate really how to incorporate those exercises with this particular board. There are exercises illustrated, for example, that focus on using another part of the body as a pivot point or a piece of furniture like a chair leg. The product page for this kit does a much better job at demonstrating how the kit is used. Another critique is on the resistance bands. It would have likely been a better design to more abstractly label these as "light, medium, strong" as they do not really match up to lbs resistance from what I can tell. And they are somewhat on a linear curve as well depending on how far they are stretched. It's also worth noting that the 50lb bands in my kit are easier to stretch than the 30lb bands, which I found interesting. The 50lb bands might have thicker walls on them, but the 30lb bands definitely feel tighter. And while the board does feel durable, I am finding myself being a little nervous putting too much pull force on the metal bars the resistance bands attach to. Lastly, the anti-slip pads included with this kit do hold the board in place to a degree and help prevent slipping but fit very loosely in the slots under the board. Care should be taken to ensure none of the pads are lost when packing up as they can fall out with very minimal effort. Perhaps a dab of glue would help for each of these. Thankfully two spare pads are included.Overall, this is a good workout kit. It does not really provide clear illustration or guidance on how to use it properly, but if experienced with boards like these and Pilates in general it should be fairly intuitive. Aside from the critiques noted, there are no glaring defects with this product from what I can tell. This seems like a good value workout companion.

Very versatile
This is a great portable, compact gym set up. I like the relief it gives on my wrists and hands for doing various styles of push ups. The bar is a great addition to the resistance bands allowing a range of movements that are not achievable with normal resistance bands. The board is wide enough for large width shoulders to still be able to use it and there are a lot of simple adjustments that can be made to vary your workout. It's very versatile allowing a complete workout in a small package. The carrying bag and jump rope are a plus. There are pins on the underside of the board that are needed to attach the handles and ours came with only one pin. You need two. We tried to contact the seller, the listing says they have 24 hour customer support, but there are no phone numbers or email addresses or websites on the box or any of the paperwork to be able to contact them. I also tried going through their store on AMAZON but was instructed to contact the shipper, which was AMAZON. I did that and was able to get an entire replacement unit. The replacement was also missing a pin. I feel this is a quality control issue with the manufacturer/seller and is why I gave this product a 3 star rating.
