Bad Product
I received this product on 24th July 2025, only to find that the manufacturing date is 03/2023 and the use-before date is 02/2026. That means it’s already over 2 years old, and I’m left with just 6 months of validity to use a product that typically has a shelf life of 3–4 years. This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue with this product. I had previously raised a similar concern with customer support, but they said the product was non-refundable, which is extremely disappointing. Moreover, the product listing did not mention the manufacturing or expiry dates, which is quite misleading and feels like an intentional omission. When customers expect to get at least a year or two to use a product, sending nearly expired stock seems dishonest. I feel cheated, especially since this has happened before, and I strongly urge the seller/platform to ensure date transparency in the product description. Until then, I do not recommend buying this product.
