Our machine was jamming after Amazon's return policy. We did have to pay shipping, but the Cassida technical support fixed the problem and shipped it back at no charge. It works very well now

This machine not only accurately and quickly counts bills, but will also add various denominations of bills if you tell it which bills you are inserting. The only draw back is that it doesn't automatically detect bills. So if you tell it you are counting 10s and insert a 5, it will count it as 10s. However, it will add various denominations together if you press add and then tell it which denominations you are inserting into the feeder. IT doesn't jam. It has a carrying handle. I have used it for a year and it has held up very well. You just press add and then tell it which bills you are inserting and continue doing so until you ae done with all bills. It also has the added benefit of counter fit detection. Excellent machine. Does the trick. It can add very thick stacks of bills as pictured here.

This device works great, and is very fast! It also caught a counterfeit $100 bill (using its UV/MG/IR Counterfeit Detection). 04-14-2024 Update: I've been using this now for a bit over 3 months, and it was so worth the money. I'm very happy with it. I read some reviews where people complained that it didn't count wrinkled money. Well duh! You need have the bill reasonably flat, but they don't have to be perfect. I've run bills through it with folded over corners and things, and it still counts very accurately. I love it. You just need to follow the instructions about how to lay the money into the feeder properly, and it will do great. 03-23-2026 Update: Still working great after more than 2 years. I'm so glad I purchased this thing!

Es ideal para negocios de comercios directos al cliente que tienen mucho flujo de efectivo, es bastante rapida y precisa al contar dinero, siempre y cuando te adaptes a su capacidad de trabajo y sus funciones de suma identificador de falsos y empacado de lotes son una maravilla para agilizar tu trabajo sin tener que contar billete por billete... Solamente tienes que tener mucho cuidado al colocar los billetes, que no vallan doblados ni con grapas porque de esta manera es como se equivoca.

Awful...Jams worse than the one we were trying to replace. For the cost it's worth going online to Costco instead. Cheaper and much more reliable.

La uso en una oficina pequeña y ha trabajado bien. El único inconveniente es que no distingue billetes viejos reales o falsos, debo desactivar el reconocimiento magnético para que cuente los billetes viejos, de lo contrario se detiene por considerarlos falsos, así que estamos expuestos a falsificaciones en moneda que no contenga cinta magnética. Para billetes nuevos funciona a la perfección. Las denominaciones son únicamente Dolares.

Hasta el Momento la máquina cumple con su función, es sencilla de usar y detecta billetes falsos (solo americanos) Lamentablemente se me salió una goma que va en los soportes de la máquina, quedando desnivelada, me di cuenta que eran fáciles de desprender
