Handy visual indecator of tire pressure
For those of us that don't have advanced tire pressure sensors in our cars, this is a simple way to add a visual indicator of when your tire pressure is low. Just be sure to get the unit that is closest to the tire pressure you want to use. For example, I like putting 40 psi in my car tires, so I got the 40 psi version of these tire cap sensors. Then when my tire pressure is "high enough" these sensors will all be green (and yellow or red when the tires are low). Yes, I have to walk around the car (for example, when stopped at a parking lot) to see these sensors, but it is an otherwise trivial way to see when my tire pressure is low!NOTE: I forget what my car maker "recommends" for tire pressure, but my research found that in most cases you can safely put more pressure in tires than the car maker recommends. And "over inflating" your tires will generally give you better traction and slightly better fuel economy. However, just be sure to not put more pressure in than the tires themselves are rated for (or you risk a "blow out"). Also "over inflating" tires will generally give you a less "smooth ride" (i.e. you will feel the bumps on the road more), which appears to be the main reason that car makers recommend such low tire pressure. However, doing this "over inflation" of your tires otherwise appears to be "safe" and actually can be a useful improvement in car performance. And since I usually use 44 psi rated tires on my car I felt that inflating my tires to 40 psi (4 psi below what the tires are rated for) was a good choice (and hence why I got the 40 psi version of these tire caps/gauges).

If the clear shell gets damaged you will lose all of your air!
Good concept, but really think that they stick out to far and how long will it be before somebody steals them off the car?

Very good.
Quite good. Not expecting them to be fantastic but I think with time they will prove to be good value for money.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!
You walk out to your vehicle and look down to see GREEN 💚 and you know you are uo to air pressure, and you depart. If you see a SMALL amout of yellow your still ok but let's take care of it.You see ALL yellow and no green, we're safe but we really need to get back to green. Now if you still have not done what you should have done, and you see a little red with some yellow, GET AIR NOW!!!!!!I LOVE these things, I have them on ALL my toys, Including my Motorcycle.
