It changed my cleansing routine.
I’ve been using the Dreame H14 Pro for weeks, and it’s the best investment I’ve made for my home. It vacuums and mops simultaneously, so I no longer have to get out the broom, mop, and vacuum separately—it’s all done in one step. What I like best: • It automatically detects wet and dry messes and adjusts suction on its own. • The brush self-cleans using hot water. • It’s lightweight and easy to move between rooms, even reaching under low furniture. • It cleans itself—zero manual maintenance. If you have kids or pets, or simply hate cleaning twice, this vacuum gives you back your time. Highly recommended.

A Great helper
Bought this for my dad, and it's been great! He loves how easy it is to use thanks to the self-propelled design. The self-cleaning feature keeps the roller fresh, and it can lie flat to clean under beds and sofas. Maintenance is simple, and we're very happy with this purchase. I am thinking about buying one for myself too.

Roborock is the nightmare and Dreame is truly the dream!
Dangerous Defect & Nightmare Why I Dumped Roborock for the Dreame Rating: ⭐ (1/5) for Roborock | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) for Dreame I have over $2,000 invested in Roborock products, so I am not a casual user. I wanted to love the Roborock Flexi Pro, but after two failed units and an absolutely appalling customer service experience, I have officially switched brands to the Dreame (specifically the H-Series)—and I couldn’t be happier. Here is why you should avoid the Roborock Flexi Pro and go with the Dreame instead. The Roborock Nightmare (The "Bad" One) This product is currently "Unavailable" on Amazon, and frankly, it should stay that way. • Dangerous Manufacturer Defect: I went through two units. The first broke within 30 days. The second one, however, suffered a catastrophic failure after the 30-day window. The drive wheel engaged on its own and began spinning rapidly and uncontrollably. It literally ripped itself apart, splattering water everywhere, and would not turn off. It was a genuine safety hazard. • Non-Existent Customer Support: For a "premium" tech company, their support is stuck in the dark ages. • Email Only: You cannot call them. You are forced to email and wait 3–5 days for a single reply. • Lost Returns: When I finally got them to agree to a return for the dangerous unit, they sent a shipping label that had no scanning receipt. The package was "lost" in the mail (no scan updates), and Roborock’s response was essentially, "Oh well, we don't see a scan." • The Result: I was left with a broken, dangerous machine and zero accountability from the company. The Solution: The Dreame (The "Happy" One) After that ordeal, I cut my losses and switched to the Dreame. It is everything the Roborock tried to be but failed. • Superior Build Quality: Immediately out of the box, the Dreame feels more substantial. It offers the same 180° lie-flat technology to get under furniture, but without the mechanical failures. • Better Cleaning Technology: The hot water cleaning on the Dreame actually scrubs floors effectively, and the self-cleaning base station (which uses hot water and hot air drying) prevents the mildew smells I struggled with on other devices. • Reliability: It just works. The wheels don't spin out of control, the interface is snappy, and the cleaning performance is consistent. A Note to Dreame (and Roborock): To Dreame: I am so impressed with this unit that I am looking to fully convert my smart home ecosystem. I currently still have two other Roborock units in my home that I am eager to replace. If you are willing to help me replace those remaining Roborock models, I would be more than happy to do a full unboxing and detailed comparison review to show exactly why your products are the superior choice. Money should go to companies that not only stand behind their products but their customers also. Roborock has proven they do neither. Dreame has won my business.

Not suction power
I really wanted to love the Dreame H14 Pro, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointment. The main issue is the suction power—it just doesn't compare to the Tineco S5 that I owned previously. I decided to try the Dreame because of its 180-degree lay-flat feature, but after using it for a while, I would choose the Tineco again without hesitation. I have long hair, and even though I clean my floors every single day, hair constantly gets tangled in the roller. What's even more frustrating is that a lot of the hair doesn't get picked up at all—you can still see strands left on the floor after cleaning, which defeats the purpose of using a wet-dry vacuum in the first place. The 180-degree feature is nice in theory, but for me, it doesn't make up for the weaker suction and poor hair pickup performance. If you're trying to decide between the Dreame H14 Pro and the Tineco S5, I strongly recommend the Tineco. The suction power is noticeably better, and it did a much better job picking up hair and debris from my floors. Honestly, if I still had the box, I would return this vacuum. Unfortunately, my husband threw it away, so I'm stuck with it. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wish I had known these things before making the purchase.

Saves So Much Time
I’m impressed with this vacuum cleaner! The coolest feature is that it can vacuum and mop simultaneously, which really cuts down on my cleaning time. No more doing the floors twice—what a relief! It does a fantastic job of picking up dirt and tackling spills, plus it’s super user-friendly. All in all, I’m really satisfied with it and would absolutely recommend it to others.

An awesome product with new features in the pro. If you own dogs, this is a must have!
I have lots of Dreame products and had the H14 wet dry vac last year. I loved it so much I went for this upgrade and there are clear improvements over the original design that make me want to upgrade our other one. First, it has the stuff that you have to care about if you are wet dry vac'ing. A great dock design, voice prompts, it dries itself and self cleans. It's also super effective. I have 10 dogs, and we vacuum 2x a day and now I can mop at the same time. It does a great job. The real test for this product came from when my great pyrenees knocked over a glass of wine. On the floor, was sticky wine, broken shattered glass, and dog fur (because he exists) . It was impossible to try and sweep the glass so I took the big pieces and brought out the pro. It easily vacuumed every little piece of glass, while cleaning the wine, and took the hair and then washed the floor and dried it. I was SO impressed. I was in tears when the mess happened and truthfully didn't have to worry about pieces of glass in my dogs' feet. What are the improvements from the original 14? They are noticeable. First, instead of mixing solution and spilling it, it comes with all in one solution. It works great. Secondly, it has much better water containers that don't spill when you fill and keep it separate. The roller cover comes off easily so you can clean the hair off and any pieces of glass if needed. It charges much faster and is lighter to use. It has one less setting, but that's ok because I really only use the turbo mode because my house is filthy. I am super impressed always with Dreame and this is no exception.

From dream to nightmare
This machine was a dream until it turned into a nightmare. Not even a year old and the bottom broke off. Under warranty but have fun dealing with customer service. They wanted me to send it in for repair and so I would not have a vacuum for a while and I have eight dogs. They did not offer to send a replacement out nor a new one. I have read reviews of this happening to other people so there is obviously a design defect. I asked for the newer version and was offered a refurbished one. My inquiry got moved up to the manager in customer service but I has been a week and have not heard from them. Ended up ordering a different brand and out all the money I spent on this one. When my robot vacuum had an issue eufy customer service was awesome. Sent one out without me having to send the old one first and they sent out a brand new one. I really liked this wet dry mop and very disappointed in the customer service. Will not be buying from this brand again.

The "Lie-Flat" feature is a game changer for cleaning under furniture
I’ve used a few different wet/dry vacs, and the biggest frustration is always that they can’t reach under the couch or the kitchen table without the base lifting off the floor. The "Lie-Flat" design on this H14 Pro actually works—the body drops low enough to get deep under furniture while still maintaining full suction and water flow. It finally feels like I don’t have to move the entire living room just to mop. The cleaning power is impressive on sealed hardwood and tile. It handles "sticky" kitchen spills (like dried coffee or toddler messes) in one or two passes. The 140°F hot water wash for the brush roller is a massive upgrade over cold-water self-cleaning cycles. You can actually see the difference in how clean the brush looks afterward, and the fast-dry feature means it doesn't sit there damp and start to smell like a wet dog. A few things to keep in mind: Weight and Bulk: While it’s self-propelled and feels light when it's moving forward, it is a heavy machine to carry up and down stairs. If you have a multi-story home, you’re going to feel the weight. Edge Cleaning: It gets very close to the baseboards, but there’s still a tiny 1/4 inch gap that it can’t quite reach. It’s better than most, but not a 100% perfect edge-to-edge clean. Maintenance: Even with the hot water self-clean, you still have to be diligent about emptying the dirty water tank immediately. If you let it sit overnight, no amount of "self-cleaning" will save you from the odor. The Verdict: If you have a lot of hard floors and low-profile furniture, the lie-flat feature alone makes this worth the investment. It’s a high-end tool that actually saves time, provided you're okay with the initial price tag and the weight of the unit.
