It's moisturizing, not much of a difference
The product is moisturizing, I tried the vitamin c for dark circles. Not much of a difference though. But it may work for others.

Give it a go!
I was a little dubious this would work as its so cheap, but I love it! You only need a small dot per eye, it goes on really smoothly and absorbs quickly, there's no smell, and it really does make a difference. I tend to wake up with puffy eyes, and this really helps reduce that, a very visible difference straight away. Now if I could just find something that works on dark under eye circles, I'd be laughing.
