Larger than advertised.
Advertised as fitting dogs from 4 lbs to 14? My dog weighs 8lbs, and it’s still too big!

Works great!
I originally bought this for my mom’s yappy chihuahua, but decided to try it out first. Our 10 lb Maltese LOVES to bark at a everything he sees outside, be it cars, people, other dogs, or a shadow he perceives as a threat. So annoying! We have tried a variety of things to stop him without success, until now. The description says there is a tone first, and if the dog keeps barking there will be a mild shock/vibration. It’s never gotten that far. If he starts up then the tone sounds and that’s enough to remind him to stop. Finally! Something that works! So I ordered a second one for mom’s dog because we’re not giving this up.

Don't waste your money
The collar succeeded in emitting an annoying noise whenever my small yorkie barked. Instead of just barking, now I had to deal with the barking and the noise from the collar. The noise did nothing to deter my dog from barking and therefore was just a waste of money for me.

Actually Works
Works great! 4.5 pound doggie. Sometimes shes a bit of a little stinker. Put collar on and she becomes a perfect little angel. Doesn't hurt her. She can still make little sounds. Just not barks. We don't use it all the time. Just when we need to.

Replacement batteries two expensive.
At first I was Very pleased, until the batteries ran out ( after 2 weeks) and I had to replace them at 11 dollars a piece. Every two weeks! NOT worth it!

Effective collar.
This is an EXCELLENT collar - especially if you've consistently trained your pup. Our THREE small dogs are all VERY responsive to this collar, but they have always been obedient - we insist on it. New, recalitrant, untrained, or undiscliplined pups will need a more aggressive device like a collar that emits a small shock, to teach them not to constantly bark at any sound they hear. Then, of course, a simple command, or a less stimulating collar, would work.
