Highly performance running/race even half marathon!
I’m 44 a master runner for USATF had raced in WMC (world masters championship) last month. I had this late February and take 2 daily did realize my heart rate drop about 20-30 lower than I was when run on an easy run. I had WMC 10k ran 36:40 at only 138HR then 2 weeks later April 12 I ran 17:15 5k at only 137HR that’s 5:33 avg per mile. This definitely huge difference with or without! Low heart rate mean you have plenty of energy in race/long run/easy run that’s when I learned if I want try reach 150 HR it would be 16:00 5k I’m working on it!

Gives me a boost
I do like this product and it gives me a boost of energy. First time I took 2 capsules it made me dizzy at night. That surprised me. I took only 1 for about a month then tried 2 again. No dizziness, much better energy lift through out the day. After another month or 2 the effect has moderated somewhat. Less noticeable but still helpful.

Excellent Supplement
Mushrooms are beginning to take their place in optimal health. Taking these shrooms at the beginning of the day provides that extra little kick to get moving. Like most supplements, their effect is recognized after continued use, not on the first day.

I didn't notice any change in energy...it may work better in others.

Energy for days and optimism with it.
I noticed increased energy and motivation after my very first dose! I’d say it works better than ANY artificial stimulant out there. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone suffering with anxiety/panic attacks. Just because it makes you excited and if you don’t possess effective grounding techniques, that excitement will definitely lead attacks. If you’re looking for something to calm and relax you and increase motivation, I’d suggestion Host defense brand Cordychi.

Half and half
I would say I'm half and half on this product, yes it does help me breathe better, gives me slightly more clarity, but it makes me sleepy, I was expecting energy because that's what the label says. Not saying this is a bad product, I have taken the other mushroom strains from this company and they work well, I believe for myself I did not receive the effects of Energy.
