After reading all 6 positive reviews, I decided to buy this. At the time of writing this review, 9 people have give positive feedback and I agree with all of them. I have good experience as well like the others. The product looks nice (remember Star Wars...). Good quality of materials used. Plastic fittings are fine (3 of them). Floor tool, Crevice/brush tool is same, upholstery tool. The collapsible metal extender pipe is a nice touch. Though i would like it to be 6 inches longer for easy cleaning of ceilings. Hose is flexible enough for easy maneuvering. The machine is relatively light which is good but it also means that when you pull the hose, the front of the machine lifts off the ground instead of rolling forward. The dust canister filter is sponge+cloth(not sure if cloth is HEPA... check attached pictures). And it does not get dirty easily, thanks to the cyclonic or whatever technology this machine uses to keep the dust in the chamber. Noise level is lower than Eureka Forbes and Inalsa 1200 watt vacuums which I had used. Suction power is also great for a motor of this size and power. The product has worked well without cutting off due to heat while I have used it. I have cleaned 1 carpet, 2 blankets, 3+2 seater sofa, computer chair , speakers and living room's floor almost few seconds of break to move the vacuum from one location to other. The exhaust air and body does get hot as I keep using it but no change in performance. This is probably what I would clean in single session anyways. This model not have a blower. For sticky dust, you have to brush off the dust from mesh chairs, computers etc... so that the vacuum can pull in the dust. The brush tool given is small brush and may not suit all cleaning needs which requires a brush. Also, the brush tool can only be used at 90 degree angles of the hose, which is sometimes difficult to use for cleaning tight spaces. Overall, i find this product great value for money and would gladly recommend it based on my limited usage experience so far. I hope this lasts for a long time!

I bought this productba week back. Used it twice. Things seem fine. I would mention few pros and cons in one week of usage: Pros: Easy to clean. Long cable allows you to move around. Suction is ok but expected more. Built quality seems sturdy and good. Cons: Considering 2000 watt, suction is not that great. Too few attachments. Also the main attachment is quite bulky so you wont be able to slide it down to most beds etc to vacuum out the dust. Surely needed to provide few extra attachments. No blow/spray feature. Noise levels were quite high. Should have provided extra extension hose. Last but most important its Made in China so not sure how durable its going to be. Dont see any accessories available for purchase like filters etc on Amazon or anywhere no if it goes bad not sure where to buy it. Overall its an ok product with few shortcomings, but considering the price I bought it for - Around 5400 , it seems worth it. Anything above 6K, please look for other options like Phillips, Panasonic etc.

The product is good. However, the after-service is awful. This product had a problem, and since it was still covered under warranty, I called Kent customer service. A month has passed, and my problem hasn't been resolved. Avoid purchasing this item. A terrible experience. Avoid purchasing this item.

Bought this primarily to clean my fabric sofa. We already have a hand held vacuum which had too low power to clean the sofa properly. Ordered this at 10 pm and got delivery next morning at 9 am. It appears that amazon now has a warehouse in Pune - hence the quick delivery time. Reasonably happy with this Kent vacuum cleaner. It has an Indian type power plug unlike few other western brands that have a usa type plug. Product is made in china. Suction power is excellent compared to my hand held vacuum. Variable power knob is present. Took me about half an hour to clean the sofa - one can clearly see the dust being sucked into the vacuum. 2000W is indeed necessary for proper cleaning. Cyclone dust gathering technology appears to work ok, I see the dust/lint collected in the separate transparent compartment. Compartment is sufficient for Indian home sizes. Compartment is easy to remove and clean - I had to wash it and the filters with water to clean it completely. Standard extensions are given, floor/carpet/sofa/crevice/aluminium hollow rod. Extension cord is sufficient in length and is auto retractable. Overall good quality for the given price.

I was looking for a product which has having high vacum power .Yes this product meet with my expectations. It has very high vacuum power of 2000 . Most of the models don't provide that level of vacum power. Also the power of moter can be controlled as per your needing a smooth power switch. Only missing one is it doesn't have blower facility.I think it could have been incorporated. It is a very cute and smart elegantly designed product. We can see through the transparent polycarbonate bay how much dust is their .Also there are three layers of filters in the product two of the filter is good quality HEPA filters and one sponge filter.All these filters can be washed in water and has to be dried in shade.I have used product continuously for half hour no issues has been found. May be totally as on date I would used for 7 hours. It is unbelievable to see amount of dust it sucks out especially tiny micro particles from bed ,sofa,mosquito nets. Following are the small confusion in the product literature 1. Maximum time you can use the vaccum cleaner continuously 2. No clarity regarding no of HEPA filters in the product. 3.Can we use water to clean the polycarbonate dust storage bay. 4. Length of tube is low at least we should have a 12 feet length to clean the cobler nets in the ceiling. Company says don't add length. 5. Number of accessory are limited to four. Company should provide option to buy other acceroys. Any how great product acethticaly designed cute ,sturdy,enginerd with good quality plastic material. It is a money worth product .Congratulations KENT for bringing out a product kudos to design team behind the product development.

Strong suction power, especially in high power mode – ideal for deep cleaning carpets and floors. Low and medium modes are okay for lighter tasks but don’t expect high performance. Auto suction mode is underwhelming – more of a gimmick, not as effective as advertised. Battery life is fair: ~50 mins on low ~40 mins on medium ~30 mins on max power Comes with useful extension tools that work well for corners, furniture, and tight spaces. Build quality is excellent – heavy-duty construction that feels durable and long-lasting. Slightly heavy to use, especially during extended sessions, but manageable. Overall, a solid performer for serious home cleaning. Great value if you need power and reliability.

Great looking product, the plastics and accessories don't seem of great quality however, need to test the performance. Otherwise it has all the essentials as well as is in line with the description. The power rating described by the seller seems to be better than any other product in the same category howevee the suction force and performance needs to be tested cant always go by the wattage shared on paper as that's not an accurate description of the suction power. Looks fantastic and is very compact to store.
