Sami from the team personally reached out confirming the printing of the bottle openers. I was able to make changes via text which is great right..it does NOT end there! They shipped the package with USPS and monitored the tracking, they lost it and Sami immediately reached out to me letting me know this but they weren't going to let me go through a waiting period without these bottle openers for an event. Instead they printed another set of bottle openers and personally delivered it. All of this happened within a period of 96 hours and they went far beyond reasonable means as just a manufacturer to get the openers in my hand.
