This is a SOLID piece of commercial equipment.It'll definitely make alot of toast in a short period of time. I love the simplicity of the controls - one side/two side and desired darkness. That's it. It's designed to toast things and it does that well.I only deducted a star because mine arrive missing a piece. It was missing the chain link for the conveyor drive, so I have an interesting perspective of already tearing it apart.I noticed when I first turned it on that everything worked but the conveyor didn't move. After it cooled back down, I started removing panels. Once I figured out which order to remove the panels (there are some SHARP parts, so be careful), I could see the internal conveyor drive chain was not connected (and covered in blue, food grade grease). After searching around for a bit, I determined the chain master link was missing. For reference, the chain is 25H on the inside of this unit. I ordered the correct chain link and replaced it myself and now it works perfectly.Inside the unit, it is well insulated and the wiring seems to be the appropriate high heat style I would expect to find. The controls a simple (which is good) and will be unlikely to fail. No computer boards or electronics inside, just switches, a motor, heating element adjustment, etc. Basic, simple, reliable. Along with a good amount of insulation, it seems well put together.As a toaster it is a 5, but I deducted one star for the missing chain link because it was a simple, cheap fix for me. I did not bother to reach out to the manufacturer/seller since I felt it wasn't worth the hassle and the fix was only a couple of dollars.

I've always wanted a commercial conveyor toaster for when I am having large parties and bbq's and now that I have one, I have to say, I'm extremely pleased with it. What I absolutely love about it is the speed at which I can get toasted buns and bread done. Before it was a pain especially when I am hosting a large gathering and now I can pump these things out in no time and get everyone an awesome, lightly buttered and toasted bun which elevates my BBQ even higher.

The toasting speed is impressive, handling a high volume of bread slices without any issues. The adjustable settings allow for perfect toasting, whether you prefer light or dark toast. It's also easy to clean and maintain, which is a huge plus in a busy kitchen. The build quality is robust, and it feels like it will last for years.

I like to toast things like hamburger buns, and I was hoping this had a "1 side" mode, and it DOES! So I can use it not only to make toast (and it makes GOOD toast, btw, nice and even), but also to toast hamburger buns or sub buns! It's not big enough for large sub buns, though, only the smaller ones. The larger per hour model is probably the way to go if you want to do larger 1-sided bun toasting.Seeing as this is fully stainless steel, this should meet any health department requirement for commercial use. Overall, I LOVE it. If you have a group of people and need to keep toast moving, this is THE way.
