Furniture Clinic Wood Stain, Water-Based & Fast Drying, Black

It's an amazing product, I had to change the finish of one of my furniture which already had hobey finish done on it. I used dark oak over it after sanding it slightly and it came out amazing. It's easy to use, stays on the wood very well, and it's odourless and non toxic that makes it a perfect choice for customisation at home.

I have dark paneled wood, about 10 years old, with scratches all over. This stain made them look like-new! Did not expect such drastic difference. Great in appearance and quality, as long as your strokes are in the direction of the grain. Only a very careful inspection would reveal the earlier scratches. Do not forget to shake the bottle every time to put the paint on your brush. You may need more than 1 coats for thickness, and allow each coat to dry completely. This can be a pain in humid, monsoon days. I would suggest wait for non-monsoon seasons, else the paint can easily to your clothes, etc. is it durable, or will it go away with sunlight exposure? We will see…

Ho un piano da lavoro in rovere grezzo, e dopo 10 anni qualche piccolo taglietto/macchia ovviamente si è formato. Con questo prodotto, il colore del legno è tornato vivo (rispetto ad altri che, dopo poche ore, sembravano "scomparire"). Prodotto consigliato: a breve proverò anche la pasta per il recupero dei tagli/crepe della stessa marca

Kiefer antik wurde verwendet um neu angefertigte Türen in an ein bestehendes Möbelstück anzupassen. Verwendet wurde da für von mir einen Rahmen aus Lärche sowie eine Platte aus Kiefer. Die Lasur diente dem Angleich der beiden Hölz der Tür miteinander (einmal rötliche Lärche, einmal recht helle Kiefer) und letztlich auch dem Angleich der Tür an das bestehenden Möbelstück. Grundsätzlich verhält sich die Lasur sehr gut. Die Anleitung sollte beachtet werden. Auftragen, warten und Überschuss mit Lappen abwischen. Also genau wie wenn man Öl aufträgt. Kann das Produkt nur weiterempfehlen.

Great product. Very rich color and easy to use. I have used store brands before but this was very good. If you’re not sure about the color choose something lighter because it does dry quickly and soaks in instantly when you don’t use a wood conditioner first which I never have. I only did one coat. I used it on unfinished pine and topped it with wax because I wanted more of a matte finish. I applied it with a sponge cloth. I’m still debating if I want to do black accents on my pieces so I may buy the ebony color next.

I bought this to cover some wooden frames. It worked perfectly. And it was easy to use it. The color is just like described.
