Definitely smaller than other power banks I've had over the years. While it is still reasonably heavy, this probably comes with the territory - it's a battery charger after all so needs to pack a bit of a punch. I like the display on the front showing how much charge is in the actual power bank. What appeals to me most of all is the clever way in which the small cable clips into the small plastic holder to become a carrying handle. Good design idea. Charging speed is probably about average for this sort of device, but the battery, so far, seems to last quite well. A decent sized power bank overall, I think ideal for travelling.

I have bought 3 of these they're great. It's half the size of power banks with this power; it's actually 20000mAh. Charges my phone 4000mAh, headphones 550 mAh and vape 550mAh for 4 days if you want to look after it and not degrade the 2 10000mAh cells then when you get, it fully charge it, then fully drain it, after that try and keep it beween 25% - 85% and it will last for years obviously it gonna get fully charged and drained sometime but try not to leave it full or empty for too long

Great product and amazing customer service! My charger had an issue with the power button misclicking and the torch coming on by mistake. Nice and compact and light weight, fits into even my small sling bag for easy carrying. The included usb-c to usb-c cable is incredibly useful as well! Lasts me a good few weeks before needing to recharge it.

Overall this feels like a quality product and I’m sure it’ll last a while. But it is a chunky unit. This is not the small, light battery pack that you are looking for, to just toss in a handbag or pocket without noticing it’s there. Sure, all the dimensions and weight spec are on the listing but the images are a little misleading. They are definitely using “max” or “pro” sized phones to make it look smaller, and the images of a hand delicately clasping it between thumb and forefinger are a a stretch - yes you can do it, but it is too heavy for that to be a sensible way to hold it, it implies lightness, this isn’t a light object. But you are getting a lot of capacity for a reasonable price. I like having the short cable as part of the handle design. I’d have liked a protective pouch included as I’ve had on other packs but that’s no big deal. Buy this for what it is - a solid, decent capacity power bank - just don’t make my mistake and kid yourself it’s small and light.

Very good power bank. Is charging my phone faster then the original charger. Take quite a long time to be fully charged but its great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great portable charger! It charges my phone quickly and holds enough power for multiple charges. It's compact, lightweight, and easy to carry in my bag when traveling. The battery life is excellent, and it has been very reliable so far. Definitely a good value for the price.

Relatively low use since purchased 10months ago but always reliable until yesterday. Plugged it in to top up and nothing appeared on its screen. It immediately got pretty hot. A day later it’s still hot. Screen shows 97% charged but none of its outputs work. Suspect I got a freaky one. Shame as I really liked it, perfect to travel with and liked by my iPhone as well.

Not the lightest but great bang for buck. Bringing it on the Tour de Mont Blanc this week so it will keep my devices charged and ready to go!

Just the best power bank I’ve ever used. Travelling recently through multiple zones that used differing electrical sockets I brought a bag of cables and adapters, none of which I needed, just a USB-c outlet to charge power bank and two cables for my devices. The display showing remaining power percentage is very useful as is the cleverly designed lanyard cum USB-c cable.
