I purchased this for my 10yr old son when he was 9 yrs old. We looked through many bunk beds and ended up choosing this one and he loves it! Since then he spends so much time playing in his room, and is very excited to always show his friends that come over. Its been a year and he still loves this loft bunk bed. *The full size is perfect for him, now at 10 yrs old and would be ideal for younger children aswell, since they also have more time to use it as they get older. *the space saving it provides is phenomenal, especially if your child has a smaller room, or if you need to fit an additional bed in the room for a sibling. We have a futon in our sons room for when he has sleepovers, before it was not possible, but now he has enough room. *there is a wardrobe for extra storage space behind the staircase with a bar to hang clothes or whatever you may need to store there. We store his baseball gear there.(baseball jersey, backpack, etc.) *more storage under the stairs *the desk has an outlet to plug in USB and regular plugs which is very convenient. We plug in his lamp and charge devices that have a USB cord. *The stairs are a safer option rather than a ladder, and more logical for use to prevent injury, since they're always on the hurry. * the L shaped desk is very spacious and works out perfectly, since its great for homework and is large enough to put a computer monitor with a keyboard with still extra room to put anything else. We put his monitor on his desk and my son set up all his anime figures and his drawing accessories. *Another fun feature is the strip of LED lights with adjustable color features that it comes with and they reflect against the wall which gives an awesome light show and the kids love it. *the whole loft is highly durable and feels very stable, it never sways back and forth if the stairs are being used or if someone is in top bunk. *We have had this for our son for 1 year so far and nothing on it has broke, dented or damaged because its made very well with high grade metal. He has gotten so much use out of it and continues. >>a few suggestions and options I want to share about the bunk bed since it worked well for us: *You will need a computer chair for desk, *we had a normal ceiling fan with a light in the middle ceiling area and swapped it out and installed a smaller ceiling fan that has circular bars around it to prevent anything from touching the fan blades.* we also purchased a toddler guard rail and put it on the side of the bunk Bed because this was my son's first and only bunk bed and it help reassure him, it's not necessary and you don't have to have it. Just suggestions.

Is it a good bed? Yes. Does my son love it? Yes. Is the design great? Yes. Are the directions difficult and occasionally missing numbers? Yep! It took two of us about 4 hours to build and there were moments I wanted to throw it out the window piece by piece but all in all, it turned out great. The led lights fell down within 30 minutes and the remote does not come with a battery unfortunately. Some good double stick tape and it’ll be fine. Being a full size bed, it has a large amount of space underneath and really helped us combine a game room and a bedroom. The guard rails are great for going up the stairs and sturdy. Would I sign up to build this bed again? Nope! But my son will have a great bed until he goes away to college!

I waited a few weeks to write my review to make sure my son had time to break in the bed and I have no complaints! Super sturdy, makes no noise. The LED lights that are included have weak adhesive and the remote doesn’t come with a battery so I just used my own LED lights. Assembly took a few hours. Overall great space saver he needed a desk and a bigger bed so this checked all the boxes. Definitely recommend.

I had hoped that the reviews were exaggerated. However nope. The bed is very tedious to build however the instructions could be better but they are ok. The problem I had was missing pieces. Box came very damaged I’m assuming because it is heavy. However that should not affected the 3 pieces that were missing and this company is silent. It has been nearly a month sconce I’ve sent several emails in the format they ask and crickets. Very poor customer service. There auto bot every time I tried same response. None zero response. Just as their emails. I’m about to report to the BBB. So others don’t get stuck in this same unfortunate situation. I still have no response. And no functioning stairs.

I was extremely nervous to make such a big purchase with so little reviews but I am glad I did. The quality is really good and the beds seem to be holding up great. We bought 2 for my teenagers and they love them. There room doesn't have closets so I loved that they had the closet built in. My 14 year old is 5'8" and 165 lbs and this bed seems very sturdy. The desk has a ton of space. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my sons love them. I really like that they came with LED lights to. We were missing a part for one of the beds and I was able to contact the company directly and they sent out a replacement part very quickly.

We had 4 of us there to put this together, which was helpful because we needed to hold things in place in order to fasten them correctly/easily. It wasn't difficult, just a long assembly. All of the parts were there, and they thoughfully included a bag of random extra parts. All parts (excluding screws) are labeled or bundled together so you know which is which. The bed is in place and is going to be just what we wanted. Things that could be better: - Some of the drawings in the instructions needed to be a little bigger to make them easier to read & to tell in which orientation a piece needed to be in. (Multiple sets of holes on different faces, which needed to go a certain way...) - Once everything is assembled, it's a bit rickety. Not in the sense that we think it will fall apart, just that it could stand to have a few diagonal braces under the bed part to keep everything tight. We're going to see about some after market ones. - The stairs probably would not support the weight that the bed portion does. The particle board part is sometimes unsupported where you need to step. For my kid, it's fine. If I need to get up there for any reason (e.g., I was going to install a shelf up there), it might not be. - A few parts were not cleaned up when the metal was cut, and we gouged one piece with the sharp edge trying to fit them together. - The railing around the bed is not quite high enough for most mattresses, or a mattress + memory foam. In our case, the top rail is flush with the top of the mattress. So as a safety feature, it's lacking. We have jury rigged something.

The bed is not horrible to assemble so that seems good, though I worry that the steps won't hold up very long being thin particle board (the slick coating is also a downside). Mostly leaving a poor review because of quality issues and the lack of response to help with the thing. Issues: 1) LED light strips will not stick to the metal of the bed frame. I cleaned the bed to ensure no oils or particles were on the frame, but the LEDs immediately came unattached as the double sided tape would stick. I ended up using zip ties to get them to work. 2) Not that it made much difference because the LED Remote doesn't work. Originally they gave me some bunk about not being able to ship batteries with the remote (which is crap because the coin cell is well below the UN38.3 lithium shipping threshold). Then they went silent when I explained that I tried 3 different batteries and the remote will not respond. 3) Manufacturing quality... nothing substantial enough to make me return the thing (because it was nearly assembled when I found the problems). One of the rails was poorly welded and one of the cross bars came loose. Another of the tunes had not been punched all the way out. Another tube had the screw catch loose, so I had to fish it out.

El mueble estuvo súper bien, algo tardado de armar pero por obvias razones. Le daría las 5 estrellas, pero tardaron demasiado en entregarlo, después de la fecha programada y como eran dos cajas una semana llegó una y varios días después la otra. Me atendio bien el vendedor, pero eso es lo que definitivamente deben mejorar, la entrega en tiempo y forma.
