NARWAL Robot Vacuum and Mop Floor Detergent (Model: Freo Z10 Turbo | Freo Z10 | Freo Z10 Ultra)

Love this soap for in its automatic dispenser. It makes my hardwood floor shine. The best feature about it is that it lasts a long long time. Narwhal is the best robot vacuum there is and this is perfection. No messy spills. Nothing all you do is take it out of the box put it in the robot sweeper base station and it does all the work itself my kind of item

I own both the Narwal Freo Z Ultra and the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra, and I can confidently say they’ve completely transformed how I maintain my home. Between the two, my floors stay spotless with almost no effort on my part. They handle regular cleaning so effectively that I rarely have to vacuum or mop manually anymore — it’s true “set it and forget it” convenience. What truly sets Narwal apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. When you call, you actually get a real human on the line who listens and provides practical, helpful solutions. I recently had a small part wear out from normal use, and they immediately shipped a replacement — no hassle, no debate, just prompt and friendly service. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers. Even if there were vacuums out there with slightly better specs on paper, I would still choose Narwal every single time. The reliability of their products, combined with their impeccable support, makes them unbeatable. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality, ease, and excellent customer care!

Once is enough. Twice is a little too much.

Speedy delivery, as advertised, quality packaging.

Great

I the correct product. Install as it should.

I've had my Narwal for several months and I don't know why I waited so long to purchase it. It vacumes carpet and hardwood floors. The best is that it washes my wood and tile floors . This has saved my back!!

This is the replacement cartridge with detergent for the Narwal Freo Z. Very easy to change-just remove the front cover plate on the base station, pull out and dispose of the empty cartridge, and push in the replacement refill. Easy peazy....

Works perfectly for my vacuum!

As advertised, I wanted to ensure I had a stock for my Narwal. This was a great set at a great price!

This helps keep a streak free floor after washing

good soap container and matches original. Overpriced for what it is but paying for convenience.

I usually use a spoon of white vinegar in the water tank that works equally well.
