This thing is great - def worth purchasing. I bought this and one of the little zipper packs with 2 gel ice packs. This canister comes with an ice pack bottle and an emergency extra cold bottle that you fill with water. I froze the bottle Thursday into Friday- took it out of the freezer and popped it into the canister and then left it out on counter for 8 hours while at work just to test it out. When I got home from work and opened the canister the ice bottle was still completely frozen. Then I stuck the whole thing in the fridge and two days later- right now- still frozen. Rock solid purchase for anyone in need of an insulin or peptide cooler, or really a canister cooler for whatever your needs. 100% recommend it.

This is the real deal! I have ordered many others that have failed epically. This sweetheart has the freezer pack (bio gel) and the cool water pack, it came with a thermometer too. The bio gel freezes and stays cool for a long time, amazingly it keeps insulin at a consistent temperature during really warm times and cold times. IT'S MAGICAL! I am so happy with this purchase. I did order extra bio gel packs to have them as we are frequently in motion. It is bulky to where it doesn't fit in my purse, but fits perfectly in the cup holder. Again, so happy with this purchase, it gives me so much peace of mind! I have only been able to squeeze 3 pens in it, but that works for us.

I needed this for traveling. I bought several and this was the one I kept. Kept my medication cool for the 30 hrs I had between home and the hotel. Loved that I could see the digital temperature read out on the cap, it reassured I would have the meds I needed when I arrived. Airports will open your carry on luggage when it goes through the scanners. When I kept it on the side of my backpack I was stopped less as it was easier to identify. Some made me open the lid, but others knew what it was. I completely understood why they made me open the lid. Verification is a good thing. It did not change the temp of the meds. The ice pack bottle needs to be frozen for several hours before packing. It was still cold when I arrived at the hotel. I gave it a 4 because it's bulky and a little heavy. When traveling weight and size matters for packing. However, I was grateful for a reliable product or I could not travel as easily.

This one is excellent! I had 2 others that were supposed to be amazing and neither worked at all. Then I came across this one. I travel a lot for work and need something that will keep insulin cooled for 8 hours+. It does exactly what’s needed & keeps the insulin cooled as advertised. Cool bonus is the lid that holds the needles for the insulin pens. It dores 25 to 30 easily. I can travel super easy with it. Can keep it in my car or take in my carryon easily without it taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend this product.
