I just turned 30 recently, and I ran out of my usual ibuprofen, so I ordered this for next day delivery. I saw that there were 500 quantity at 500 mg, and wasn't sure what I had before, so I just assumed it was that. I opened my box and laughed out loud at the size of it, but I don't think I will be running out anytime soon!
