Updating my review. Very poor service run like a family owned business. Reported an issue on April 6th, person came on 12th and took the motherboard and its 21st april today..no update on the time frame, no one picks the calls After 10's of calls and followups I came to know that the service person didn't even ship the part yet for repair, keeping it safely with him for 2 weeks Very good treadmill Pros 1) Easy to use, sturdy, the suspension thing works good. 2) fold option with hydraulic support is very useful 3) Auto inclination works perfectly 4) Speed is adequate, i did a maximum of 13kmph 5) preset programs are very useful. It starts with moderate speed, gets pace, inclination etc and gradually ends with normal speed and zero inclination. Very useful feature for people who are not having solid plans of duration, speed etc 6) Though its a one time task, its very easy to assemble. just need help of 2nd person for few mins cons 1) the single biggest negative is it doesn't have a pause option. The only thing you can do is to keep at minimal speed of 1 kmph 2) Speaker is of mediocre quality and needs a 3.5 mm jack which most of the phone are not having nowadays MP3 speakers are ok, mediocre quality. None of the phone nowadays are having 3.5 mm jack so its not much of a use. Updating

Product is Good but After sales Service is very poor , I have received one part broken and asked for replacement then they said it will take 15 days as they don't have part available. Why they said 15 days because we have 10 days return policy so once 15 days over then they will ask you that part not available again and again .. So you can buy considering it as use and throw item

Do not buy any treadmill from the Cockatoo brand. After just 6 months of usage, I encountered an E03 error. I raised a complaint (Ticket ID: 1531) via email and received the contact number of their service person. I shared all the required details, including a video they requested. They informed me that there was an issue with the motor and PCB and asked me to send the parts to Punjab for repair. I live in Mumbai, and instead of sending a technician, they sent me a video explaining how to dismantle the motor and PCB myself. With no other option, I had to dismantle the machine and courier the parts to Punjab through Delhivery. After 6 days, Delhivery confirmed the parcel was delivered. However, when I contacted the Cockatoo Punjab team, they claimed they hadn’t received it. I then raised a complaint with Delhivery, and they provided proof of delivery, including a signed and stamped invoice from Cockatoo. Even after sharing this proof, the Cockatoo team said they didn’t know where the parcel was in their premises, as they receive many shipments. This alone cost me 1 week. After repeated follow-ups, they eventually repaired the parts and dispatched them back to me after about 2 weeks. Once I received the parcel, they arranged a technician to reinstall it and get the treadmill running. Unfortunately, after just 3 days, the same E03 error appeared again, meaning the issue was not resolved. I raised another complaint (Ticket ID: 1876), provided all requested videos and invoices, but it has now been 8 days with no response from their team. I ended up wasting ₹27,490 on this treadmill. I strongly recommend that people, especially those living in and around Mumbai, go for a Powermax treadmill instead.

🚨 Planning to buy a treadmill? Read this first. I bought the Cockatoo CTM-05 treadmill in March 2021 for ₹17,000 and used it consistently for 5 km daily jogging. For 4 years, the machine performed well — no complaints at all. But in April 2025, during a power fluctuation while I was jogging, the machine suddenly stopped, and the display went blank. Nothing responded. I contacted Cockatoo customer care, only to find out that they don’t have a service center in Hyderabad. They asked me to courier the PCB to Jalandhar for repair — which was disappointing for such a product category. After repeated follow-ups and even looping in the founder via email, they finally arranged a local technician visit. The technician checked thoroughly and said: The motor is working fine (tested on both battery and AC current) The fault is only in the PCB I even shared a video with the brand showing the motor running perfectly. Still, after sending the PCB to Jalandhar for repair, I received a call saying that both the PCB and the motor are faulty, and I must pay ₹8,500 for repair and replacement — half the cost of the treadmill! ⚠️ This experience made it clear: A product is only as good as its service support. While the treadmill served me well for 4 years, the lack of local support, poor diagnosis, and unreasonably high repair cost have convinced me not to choose Cockatoo again. I'm now exploring brands which offer: ✅ On-site technician support ✅ Local service centers in cities like Hyderabad ✅ Easy spare part availability

Worst service and customer support I have ever experienced. The product had a manufacturing defect right out of the box and could not be used after installation because of a faulty motor. Instead of providing proper support, Cockatoo asked me to dismantle the motor myself and send it to a specific address. After repeatedly following up, I was assured that a technician would visit my location. However, no technician ever arrived, and the customer support team stopped answering my calls altogether. This is completely unacceptable. Selling a defective product and then expecting customers to handle repairs themselves is highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend not buying any product from this company. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Horrible customer service and bad product. it’s not even a year that I purchased this treadmill, and it stopped working. The customer service agent will keep you waiting for days and won’t come to assist. The agents are so lazy that they came to check and said the motor needs replacement, but they didn’t bother to make replacement order. Instead they asked me to courier the damaged motor at their office after following up multiple times. It’s been a month I am dealing with customer service and the issue is still not resolved.

Extremely disappointed with this treadmill. Within just four months of purchase, it has broken down multiple times, making it completely unreliable. Each time a problem was fixed, another one showed up shortly after. For a product at this price point, this level of poor quality is unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Getting help was slow and frustrating, responses were unhelpful, and resolving issues took far longer than it should have. I spent more time dealing with repairs and service calls than actually using the treadmill. I bought this expecting durability and peace of mind—what I got was constant breakdowns and poor support. I would not recommend this treadmill to anyone looking for a dependable piece of fitness equipment.

I complained the problem on oct 21 and today its 20th dec been 2 mnths and the problem is not yet resolved. There is no option to give less than 1 star if there was i would have given. In this 2 mnths they have sent me replacement of the damaged pcb and motor 4 times which are also damaged 1st- PCB and motor sent together and the weight of motor damaged the pcb in transit 2nd- sent a not working motor 3rd- sent both motor and pcb but the capacitor of the pcb has a dent and the tredmill is not working(damaged capacitor in image) 4th time they didnt even send anything even though its been 20 days after they sent the parts No good response coming from customer service WORST EVER I HAVE EVER SEEN😡😡 sick and tired of this cockatoo company For anyone looking for tredmills dont buy from this company 😡 IF COMPANY IS SEEING THIS I NEED A REPLACEMENT OF TREDMILL ITSELF!!!
