The media could not be loaded.  I got the XLarge size. Personally had youtube how to put this up because the instructions needed more details.Packaging was really secure.Thickness weren't as thick as I imagined but its a really beautiful purchase nonetheless.I advise to check that you have all the pieces required and all the Letters, check ur letters especially that they are cut out the right way round.I only put it up yesterday and I noticed it has super strong stick so make wherever u place it is where u intend it to stay.

Start with the bad all the letters came backwards (tape on wrong side) after 10 emails back and forth all they said was to re buy don’t think they understood very annoying- the tree section does look great I changed the frames for £1.50 ones from Wilkos — product when correct 👍🏻 Dealing with sellers 👎🏻

Looks amazing when it’s all done. I was sceptical when the box arrived but it is fairly simple to put up. Lovely results.

Love this tree really easy to put up ,had alot of compliments on this and has made a boring wall look fab ,easy to put up but also can easly snap so just be careful and note the sticky stuff on the back of each piece is really strong stuff so u need to get the first piece on right as they are not easliy removed .

After taking a long time to arrive the product is a little disappointing. Some of the mirrors are damaged but on the surface doesn't look too bad. Big let down wS I can't use any of the wordings its all printed backwards so useless. Expensive format its turned out to be.

Absolutely love this, it took a little time to put up, make sure you order the correct size!It took us about 90 mins but I didn’t use the supplied frames. They stick really well but pretty sure they won’t come off in one piece! I used glass frames so that changing photos will be easy! Very pleased, thank you! Have shown friends who love it too!!😁

So as you can see by the pictures I've added we had a bit of a mare with this we started out very confident taped up all the paper templates (using a laser level to make it perfectly straight) and we was both very pleased with the placement etcetcAfter a fairly easy setup (took us about 30 mins to line up the papers nicely) we was feeling foolishly confident! We found the numbers on the mirrored backs very confusing as they was all over the place ie on one sheet was number 6 yet 61 & 62 is one one sheet and 63 was on another sheet! Then peeling off the pieces that was large was fairly easy then we needed to pull out the mini branch's and this is where it all went down hill, the sheet hadn't had the plastic precut so as you was attempting to get the pieces off the cardboard the sheet was sticking to all the other pieces and then caused the piece I wanted to snap after about 4 small mirror pieces had cracked it just looked awful but to be honest the joints between the pieces are so frequent it doesn't look great anyway , as on one branch it will have about 4 sections to each on so there's so many joints it didn't look nice at all so we therefore decided the biggest mistake of all and decided to take it down! We'll you can see by the photos what happened when we took it down it was such strong adhesive that it took off parts of our wall to plaster the bits that actually came off that is the rest of the foam adhesive that stayed on my wall I had to scrap off and sand down use filler on the walls to patch up the plaster sections resand the filler and give it two locks of paint again 🙈On the plus side the adhesive is really really strong

It is a lovely display but very fiddly putting it up. It is a lovely show piece.
